Went on this site only because Verizon sent me to this site to answer a question. I was told it would cost $1.00, which was paid. The my Bank's Fraud Center called up asking about a $74.00 charge to my debit card. I'm not about to pay $74 for these people. I never saw anywhere that I signed up for a subscription. You people need to do a better job and stop taking our hard earned dollars. Do it again and I will surely report you to the BBB.

The experience was quick, helpful and to the point.
It was much appreciated and discussed at my level of understanding. There was no sales tactic and I got the information I needed for a decision.
The only reason they're getting a single star is because I can't give them no stars. They are a scam. I canceled on the second day and they're trying to take money from my bank account. They send you a copy of the conversation but their response to my request to cancel has been changed. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

I very mistakenly gave my credit card number on this site when I was asked for $1 for one sample answer one time, to get an answer I never even got! When you give your card number you then get an emailed "thank you" statement about a charge shortly after-and it states that they have taken $74 Amerian from our account card, and that it will be an ongoing monthly charge-suddenly! Somehow, another company called "Serve To Pay" becomes involved- somehow! You cannot get through to them on their fake number given to our credit card holder for them. The number you get does not take calls -and the email address given to our card holder is fake! We had to put a stop to our credit card and the company is now investigating them! On the same day as I got that email that my husband's credit card that I used that day, was being charged for NOT $1 but $74-my husband received another connected company email-called Serve To Pay -bill for $92 Canadian monthly to come from that card for the very same charge! This morning one week after, we received another charge today for $99! It was supposed
To be a one dollar charge for a one sample answer to my one question online- and we never even got that answer! Three charges for one company! NO! We unsubscribed immediately and they too will be investigated now. Other reviews say fraud and scam as well! We will call Anne Drewa here in BC on Global news, as well as the police now. I have a Motorola Modem/WiFi and the WiFi signal stopped. I had to use my phone and looked up the address for Motorola Support from the card that was supplied in the original box.
I typed in the correct address on the phone but got ahold of these flakes. Right away they want you to sign on to PayPal for only $1.00
Dont Do IT!
1) Motorola has a FREE tech support!
2) The gal had asked me the same question and then put me on wait for over 5 minutes.

I just used this website for a simple question about google envelope. Like what is google envelope for website verification and what if my cousin from overseas asked me to give my residential address for his website verification.

I bought a package that costs $900.00 I called the next day to speak with "Oracle Siren Rose" the phone rang once picked up and disconnected - not just that one time - I've tried several times and same results.
Finally, "Jim" answered and I told him who I was and the expensive package I bought; he grumbled and said he found my account but, it was only $233.00. I told him I wanted a complete refund, Jim said to call the next(his day off)but, I wouldn't get my refund. I'm in the process of going through my bank statements and find when I made the three payments.

I took up their offer of "only $1" for problem with my computer! While the agent tried to fix my problem, he went off-line without my problem being solved, however he did give me some good info, so I ended up fixing it myself! No problem! However when I paid the "$1" (0.76 GBP) on the 21/2/22, I thought that was it! However I noticed on the 25/2/22 they had requested a payment of £36.93 with my bank, which is pending payment, which will come out anytime soon! I notified my bank fraud squad of this, and they have sent me forms to fill in on-line as soon as this money is taken, to which my grievance will be dealt with so this does not happen again! However although I am confident to get my money back, my bank requests I try to resolve this direct with Ask-Crew! However I cannot find correct contact details on their site to E-mail them! The one E-mail I found was one given to a woman who had the same grievance, but when I tried it, it does not work! Can anyone out there give me correct details of this company? Thankyou!
