I am a nice looking guy that lives a nice lifestyle.
I created a profile with a pic and wrote a little about myself.
I even gave the females a way to contact me for free.
I wrote to several females... no response and no messages received.
This site is a joke

This site, free to women, is a complete $$$ grab for guys.
You need to buy credits to open messages you get, but 90 % of the messages are from the site saying " hey, hotbod1 is Looking to connect with you. "
Hotbod1 does not exist. Or has her profile hidden.
This 100 % a waste of your time. Complete scam

Hit the bar scene or isles of Home Depot. At least you know those folks are real!

Don't waste your money. Everything involves the use of a so called "credit"! These people need to be put in prison, and I'm considering a lawsuit. You will receive so called "messages" that they will charge you to read only to find out these accounts no longer exist.

Two stars because the site is most all fake profiles or people trying to get money. 100% of the so called women interested in me wanted me to put my personal information and credit card number on another site. Either that or wanted me to buy them a gift cards. No one chatted on video but they kept asking for my phone number to text me. Then they said go to their link and give out all my personal information. Obviously they think men are $#*!ed. The site is not a viable hook-up site. Have the women pay at least something and ban prostitution from it and it might work. I have been told that no woman has sex for free. I disagree. 10% of young men who look good without a shirt get laid on Tinder. The rest foot the bill by paying for the service. So 90% of guys pay for the top 10% on Tinder. No chance of getting sex without paying on AM for guys. Prostitution is illegal in most places in the USA and degenerate police are always looking to entrap lonely men so it's men that face the most danger on these sites. I have come to the conclusion that the only way to meet women is in real life. The Internet sucks for 90% of guys. The site is absurdly expensive with no results. Don't waste your money guys. You could have a few really good dinners at a crowded sports bar for the price of just one month of nothing at AM.

I tried this and bought credits which are extremely expensive and go extremely fast and are a total rip off. Instead of a simple system like paying a membership monthly or so and so forth, they have a system where you buy credits which is a total ripoff and scam. You get scam people messaging you that aren't real. This system is a total suck $#*! POS! I spent my 50 bucks or so and sent like two messages and that ate up all of it. Definitely not worth it.

If you're lucky, you may actually see a real profile with real responses, but not too likely. This site sets up fake profiles to get you interested, then these "profiles" send you a text. This is done to make you buy credits so you can open and respond. Credits are quickly used up because they use generic, impersonal conversations in order to get a response. Each response costs credits. Use them up, buy some more. Scam.

If u don't wanna pay a girl, try AdultsFun.club I wanted a girl who would want me for real and I found her there among multitudes of other pretty girls seeking for love and passion. As for AshleyMadison, it's nothing less than prostitution thinly disguised as dating service for married. All the women I talked to wanted me to pay them for a date (and for sex). AshleyMadison is not natural. There are easier and less expensive ways to quench that erotic thirst. If you want something more adventurous AshleyMadison won't help: things are simple there: you pay the woman and maybe you will have sex ( if she is not a scammer).

They are unreachable if you have an issue. The expense goes nowhere. Move on, dudes. They allow female rates to sucker dudes.

When you first sign up, you'll get about 10 emails a day saying someone wants to meet you, and when you buy credits, the emails slow down and the profiles that said they want to meet you disappear. You'll get emails that will say they want to know you, but when you reply, they're gone. They will eat up your credits. It's a total scam, don't get suckered in, you will be much better meeting someone in a bar. The fake profiles outnumber the real one's about 100 to 1, and you can't be really sure about the 1. Don't get suckered in, learn from us that have got suckered in and find someone real at the bar or your local grocery store. You're going to have a much better chance there. It's up to you, don't say you weren't warned.

This site took my $90 in a matter of 10 minutes, they are scammers. They charged me to send a message and then they charge me because it was sent priority (they chose priority), charged me to notify they received the message. SCAM!

Truly an outrageous ripoff. Fake accounts galore, and if not fake accounts, then a galaxy of actual, living phonies and bores. Seriously, just read a good book, watch a great film, or learn to play a musical instrument: that would be a much, much better use of your precious moments on this earth.

As one of the other reviewers had stated, this site is a complete scam and needs to be brought under a class action suit. A revolving door of fake profiles with unknown entities claiming to be women. 99% of the pictures that were provided I scanned the internet to validate using another online service. Almost every one of them were identified as being fake, pornstars, fitness pros, bloggers, journalists, chefs. And a lot of the pictures were posted on multiple sites for things like escort service in the UK, Twitter, etc. The scammers are obviously pulling bulk pictures from the internet. Most claimed to live in one place but then when you chat with them they say they're actually someplace else. Many claim to be in another country, and you can tell when the chat starts to lean towards them asking for money to help them come to your country that it's a scam. One user claimed to be a masseuse that was using AM to obtain business. I figured it was a robbery scam, with you naked on a massage table. The one woman I talk to on the phone sounded like an Asian man trying to disguise his voice to sound feminine. He/she claimed to be Polish and that was the reason for the weird accent. Their accent was definitely Asian. Several profiles claimed to be women but when they sent pictures they're obviously transvestites. When I called them out they then confirmed. Bottom line, Ashley Madison is now one of the biggest catfish ponds on the internet. 99% posers from my experience. Save your money and go out and buy a couple drinks for yourself. You'll be happier.

I wish I had read these reviews before I wasted about $100 and several hours. You pay money for "credits" that you must have to message a female. The site sends you fake "hellos" to which you eagerly respond, and then nothing. You just burn through credits. You have no hope of a refund, they ignore you. I read that our ACCC receives thousands of complaints about them... and yet they still trade in our country.
If you find any positive reviews, they are a scam too.

I have been on and off this site for years. If you willing to spend a little time learning how the site works and spend a little bit of money, you can have a great time using this site. I have met dozens of women in person over the years. I have sex had with over 20 of them. Most of them more than once. I have had a couple of long term relationships from the site. So take your time and actually read their profiles and respond showing you actually read their profile and you can have a google time with this site.

Nothing but boys and trolls, their customer service demanding more money to get your refund - a $150 dollar refund they repeatedly wanted me to pay $129 then another $150 to get a refund of $150 and the bot put this in writing. Not to mention the profiles are complete scams. CNN needs to do another story and Ashley Maddison will bring in new CEO and state they will make changes - this needs to be a certified class action suit. I am now forced to sue in small claims court and have them come up and defend - Priceless organized crime at its best.

I have spent almost $200 on Ashley Madison over the last 2 years. Most of the women profiles are fakes. Ashley Madison will even send you emails to contact the fake profiles. This site is a scam, if I were you, I would look elsewhere.

The girls under 30 that are real, are most often hookers looking for cash for sex. The ones over 30 are mostly bots. I'd like to hear other opinions about how to recognize them, but here are some of the things I've noticed about bots:
1. Communication is very short: "Are you into sex?" "Hi Handsome."
2. They don't answer your questions very well
3. Frequently they don't have a picture or many pictures.
4. Things they post don't respond to what you wrote.
5. Their profile isn't real e.g., 6'2", 155 lbs "A few extra pounds" (NOTE: 155 isn't fat for someone 6'2")

I found a real person about once a month. I had lunch with one of them. Otherwise I came up dry. There must be a better hook-up site for the mature crowd.

I paid $270 for an account and got nothing for it.
I counted all 50 out of 50 profiles I initiated with were all bad.
It cost $4 for each contact and got nothing.
