I was a bit suspicious at first given that the price for this Hamilton watch was nearly 1/2 what other sites had it listed but I'm glad I took the chance as the watch is in perfect shape and was shipped to me quickly without hassle. I'm already eyeing my next purchase with them

Buying them is usually the only way for me to try the frames, so this enabled me to sample a few. Picking the ones that fit me best, I purchased more at good prices.
I purchased a watch at a very good price, and I expect it to arrive soon. As with all previous Ashford purchases, the process was easy and quick.

I bought a Luminox Manta Ray a few weeks ago and it is actually really nice but the bracelet clasp pops open anytime you wear it. I contacted them and they worked with me for a resolution that was very fair and worked out great. Thank you Ashford, I will order again soon :)

It's an okay website, I would shop all retail websites for the best prices. Oddly it often comes down to no shipping costs for the consumer that makes me come back as a repeat customer. No free shipping for me on this purchase!

Originally ordered the same watch from another online retailer (you all know who I'm talking about) and it took 3 weeks for them to update me saying it was on the way then out of stock. Ordered same watch from Ashford and was delivered on 3 days. Would 1000% order again.
The price was great as well as the shipping, but doing a return is quite different. Difficult to get in touch with customer service to initiate a return. I wish to return the watch and purchase another.
I was excited about getting the frames I needed. It was possible that there wasn't enough information to pick the correct size. The style and brand was correct. However the color I wanted wasn't available. Also I was doing because the size was much smaller than what I expected and needed. Hopefully I can get a quick response so that I can return them in a timely manner.

Hopefully is a new item. I received the watched and had to sign. The inconvenience is that if I wasn't there, would I be able to receive the product. The watch was seal and all, it looked kind of new.
