Ashford is my preferred site when buying an Invicta watch. Service is always top notch and the product is always on time... it's usually a day ahead of the tracking time... can't beat that.

Great Transaction. I was not expecting to see anything on the site of interest, but was pleasantly surprised when I came across this Hamilton. Great watch at a great value.

Ashford's website was easy to navigate and despite them having a large inventory to choose from I was able to find the watch I was looking for quickly and easily. Check out was simple, and I received my watch within a week. 10/10 will be buying my next watch from them as well.

100% scam site and company. April 4,2025 I bought a watch from ashford.com and nearly a month later (more than 20 business days), I haven't received my watch yet. After sales customer service has responded to my email with " continue to wait ", the tracking system shows no progress. It shows it is still waiting to be picked up at the warehouse by the logistics company. Every time I try to tell aftermarket customer service that package tracking is not updated, they keep telling me, This takes up to 14 working days (excluding weekends and holidays), but after 20 business days, I email them again. But this time they have completely ignored my email and haven't replied to me. Awful company work ethics, only desperate for money and there isn't even a refund page regardless you get your package or not. Only refund available is if you ship it back, but that ain't even an option since I never received my package in the first place.

I ordered 6 necklaces, but only received 4. I contacted customer service 3 days ago. However, I haven't got any further follow up email after the first email which confirmed my claim. Hope can solve my issue soon.

I was excited about getting the frames I needed. It was possible that there wasn't enough information to pick the correct size. The style and brand was correct. However the color I wanted wasn't available. Also I was doing because the size was much smaller than what I expected and needed. Hopefully I can get a quick response so that I can return them in a timely manner.

The inner on the earpiece tends to pull my hair when I try to slide my sunglasses to the top of my head. Overall, they look nice and are very comfortable when I'm wearing them.

Have returned watch due to defective operation. Not a good experience as this was a gift and recipient was disappointed as product had to be returned. This cost me time and money to receive return number, repackage and drop off for shipment back to Ashford.

Shopping was easy, pricing is great and shipped quickly. Product arrived as described. Authorized dealer is reassuring. Looking forward to buying more watches from Ashford!

This is my second sturling watch and I have to say, it always finds its way on my wrist over and over again. Great classic style and precision time for affordable price.
