ASAP tickets were absolutely no help after our flight was cancelled. Then it was cancelled again because of airline issue and asap was still no help! Kept saying the airline where we first checked in had control of our tickets. NOT helpful!

Why did my and my husband's name end up on our tickets with our first and middle names in the First Name window with no name at all in the Middle Name window? The ticket agent told me he was doing this and I asked him not to. Now, I have to send a copy of my passport to you to prove how my name must appear on the airline ticket to match my passport. Why does your ticket agent do this to mess up peoples trips?
