Mr. Apaar of ASAP was helpful and patient in helping us upgrade to business class with some savings. Although it is expensive upgrade we wanted to experience the food and comfort flying business class just once in our life.
Manzi, our ASAP coordinator was patient and kind in finding us our airline tickets at a reasonable price and within our designated parameters for departure and return with reasonable takeoff and landing times.
I book a flight ticket and the agent pick the wrong date on purpose when he email the ticket I notice the date was wrong I called him on the same day he said he will change. After that I keeping calling him no answer the phone. And I email him he say he is working on it, after he was trying to charging me 400 dollar to fix the date which he $#*! up on purpose and also he charged me 109 dollar for flight protection. Flight protection waste of money dint do me any good. The agent name is Kingsley please don't book any flight ticket with Asap it's a scammer and they took my money

Kashiv was an excellent agent. When I let him know I had found a cheaper flight than he originally quoted he found the same flight and we booked it.
At one point our call was disconnected and he immediately called back to finish the reservation.

I was looking for an international flight, with a specific date and time in mind. I spoke with a representative of ASAP, whose name is Mr. DaVinci, who researched a number of options for me and obtained air travel at the time I wanted with rates lower than I could find anyplace else. He spent the time with me on the phone until we found the best flights and deals available. He understood what I wanted, was never pushy trying to make a sale. Just a great guy, if all representatives of ASAP are like Mr. DaVinci you cannot go wrong using their agency.

My agent, Travolta, was patient, professional and found me a killer deal on a flight that had been hundreds of dollars more with other searches, When I was starting to get impatient with the process he maintained a cheerful had helpful attitude which was sooooo helpful. I just snagged me a wonderful deal on a flight ticket worth at least $500 in discount. The AsapTickets rep was the coolest aspect of the process in that, within approximately 4 minutes, this gentleman had sealed the deal for me, with a payment timeframe that conceded me maximum comfort. And then only for AsapTickets to call to remind me I was about to lose the deal in another 15 minutes if I don't wrap it up. I did... with lots of appreciation. Thanks again, guys!
Worked with Kate, who sent me the initial quote. Then worked with Godfrey who modified by booking at my request and walked me though the ticketing prcess that was very smooth. I got a price that was lower than any of the online travel sites.
The Agent I dealt with, ( Winter) was very professional and she walked me through the maze of booking a flight.
The days of having a travel agent handle the arrangements for a local client I guess are gone.

I was asking for quotes earlier today for a trip that I was planning and this agent was forcing me to buy the ticket right away. When I told him just to send me quotes, he was asking me why I'm not buying and was very insistent I buy it right away from him. He was very rude and forceful. I'm not sure if all the agents are like this but please definitely be careful in dealing with them!

The company's practice of making customers give money to agents is rude, OBLIGING us to give a certain amount is unethical, I think. They do a great job & you are keeping them or us hostage on giving money. I hope you give that money directly to the agents.
