Goldie has helped me with a complicated flight plan involving one week in NICE with one friend and a second week in Barcelona with a different friend, plus a flight from Nice to Barcelona.

I couldn't find airline tickets for anything less than $650. I found ASAP Tickets online. I asked for a quote. They promptly responded and found me tickets for $384! Joanne, my travel agent, was fast, polite, and did everything she could to make sure my trip went well.

I bought a ticket to fly from Washington to Lisbon. When I did it, I spent USD 49.95 to have Ticket Protection just in case of having to change the data of the flight. It was recommended to me. Unfortunately I had a last minute professional meeting and I had to change the dates of the flight two weeks before the planned trip. They told me that it was impossible to change dates even having buying the Ticket Protection. I lost my money and I had to buy a completely new ticket to go to Portugal.

Fellow, is the name of the urgent who helped us purchase our flight tickets. He was really patient with us, very calm and answered all our questions. He got a good deal for us and helped us navigate their website for the payments.
This was my first time using this site. Iowa made it so easy and was so patient as I kept needing to make changes. The price for ticket was $1000 less than on the airlines website I was going to buy it on.

Overall, the agent did a good job in finding a route that was acceptable and was responsive with calls and emails. It would have been a good idea for the agent to note and say it clearly that certain tickets that she was offering would only allow one checked in bag, and may have other limitations versus the assumption that a person would have 2 checked in bags in international travel.
Otherwise, the service was fine!
