I was so happy that I was able to have flight booked after 3 stressful days. I booked a flight and airline didn't have a seat availability, same thing goes to the second booking. And on the third booking, I got the best deal and promotion from the 2 agents back and forth that I was talking day and night. I was very satisfied with how they handled my request properly, searching for best solution to their customer and bonus to the stressful days is they got me a great deal. Called them for a flight inquiry. 3 Choices offered. The agent followed up and worked with me. As clients we do need the best for the amount we pay, and nothing wrong with that. The agent understood my needs.
Our agent, Glycelli (I think that's her name) was extremely helpful. She knew we were concerned about not only price, but also did NOT want long layovers. She worked hard and came up with tickets that achieved both goals! We'll use her and ASAP again!

ASAP Tickets agent was thorough and quite helpful. He showed that he really wanted to get me the flight I was seeking. When I couldn't make up my mind immediately, he offered to call back later to hear what I had decided. The ticket was quite pricey for me so it took some time to think about it.

Three of us wanted to travel from different locations to different destinations, but part of the trip we wanted fly together... It was not easy... we had to change and again and again... Some time ago I started getting emails from ASAP and kept them in mind if needing help with a future air booking. The opportunity came when we needed to book a flight for our daughter to join us in Scotland and then fly home with us on a flight we had already booked for my husband and I. It took awhile to work through the details of the booking with Delta but Elfstan was patient and successful in helping us. We are grateful for the help he provided and are looking forward to having our daughter with us in Scotland and who will do the driving on our independent tour of the country our ancestors came from.

I purchase a ticket at least 2 months prior to my travel time with two layovers. There agent would not tell you if you needed a visa even if you ask then if you need a visa. They are just after there sales. Their customer service suck because nobody is answering and when finally you talk to one they will reroute you to another extension and nobody is answering. Purchasing ticket from this website gave me so much stress rather than a vacation. I would never purchase a ticket from this website again.

The experience with the representative was wonderful and she did all the possibly could do in order to make it easier on me to purchase tickets and attempt to find the lowest possible fare.

My agent walked me through the whole way by explaining to me the difference between planning for my trip now versus planning it ahead of time in order to take advantage of the sweet deals when it comes to ticket prices.
