Vader successfully helped get book exactly as wanted for flight at the specific time and at the best price. I was surprised that he got the price below the online ticket price for the airline. We started off our experience by searching for tickets to Guam when we saw an advertisement for a really good deal. After our plans changed it was really difficult working with the previous person that was making our reservations. Finally, I called and Watson was able to get the dates and prices that fit our plans and budget. I will definitely be calling him up again for future travels.

I was planning to book an international flight with asap. Usually there is service is good but this time an agent is threatening me by sending email and call. I will not take the name of the agent here but ASAP should tell him that I'm not abide to book tickets with them. I got the better price and they didn't provide the matching price thus i booked my ticket with someone else. Agent is threatening me that I wasted his time and he will tell the airlines to transfer the penalties to my mileage account. Never expected this kind of customer service from a reputed company.

Asap tickets were awful to deal with and it seems that there are a bunch of con artists sitting as agents to lure the customers. I had bought two tickets from them and mine was rescheduled a few times to which i had to contact the agent to find a flight for myself as i had limited time frame to travel. I was made to pay the fare change even though i had paid the travel protection which does absolutely nothing. There was a flight cancellation to which i was made to buy a brand new ticket way over market price so that i could get a full refund on my previously bought ticket. Unfortunately buying an expensive ticket and they refunded my money $400 less. Not to mention the two days i took off to reach out to them and talk almost 4 hrs on the phone.
