I was charged 60$ more than the actual price on the website and I was not informed that my itinerary has only one checked in baggage (1 x 23 kgs). Also, they try to make you pay 10% of the ticket price, if you opt for it or you don't, you get the same customer service. I will never book a ticket with them again.

She was very good at conversation and had super customer service skills. She put down all efforts to get me the best possible deal. Also she talked to various airline manager for me. I was on call for more than 2 hours but still she wasn't angry on me.

I bought 2 tickets from this company, they changed the date and time twice, I requested a refund because those dates did not suit me. This was in July 21, all calls and emails that I sent them were unanswered, and when someone answer he had a nasty attitude. I lost about $1300 for a service that I never got. Be careful dealing with this ghost company

They are money hungry thieves that will stop at nothing to get your money. I bought a ticket with a protection plan, and they didn't add the protection plan and therefore they used that excuse to not grant me my full refund. They have this rule that you can cancel within 24 hours of purchasing ticket. I called them within 24 hours multiple times, but the agent (Hennessy) refused to help and told me she would follow up in 30 minutes and never called back. Their supervisor is also useless and did not help at all, and they purposely do not add a protection plan even though I filled out a form and gave my credit card information. Stay away from this company! They have expensive rates but they are not transparent about them.

Best deal offered. No long waiting. As soon as I submitted my enquiry online, I received a call from Rodney. One email from him with the best price and we booked it right away. I loved the way Rodney looked at all details and went over the itinerary.

Their service representative Willow provided excellent service. She was patient, responsive, and showed concern when we discovered a delay in the system verifying the credit card billing address, handled by another department. She doggedly called me back to ensure I was attended to. In future, I plan to use ASAP Tickets again.
ASAP tickets refunded the balance per their agreement. I'm still a little annoyed that it took so long and only happened after a wrote a negative review here.
That said, their prices were the absolute lowest I could find. So if you want to take a little risk and possibility of some hassle, they might be worth it for you.
They strung me along, lied to me, and kept a bunch of my money without giving me anything in return.
I bought tickets to Paris for $599 each, which was a great deal.
The coronavirus hit. Americans were no longer allowed to travel to France. I was told my only option was to lose my money or pay another $417 to reschedule later in the year. As the second date approached, Americans were still not allowed to travel to France.
At this piont, ASAPtickets told me I could refund my tickets, but that they would keep a service charge of $150 per ticket.
I went over the numbers with the representative multiple times. He told me that I would receive a refund both for the original amount $599 and the second (rescheduled) amount $417 (minus 150).
599 + 417=1,016
1,106 x 2 = 2,032
2,032 - 300 = $1,732
Instead, of refunding me the amount that was represented, I got $898. So they kept $1,134 and gave me nothing in return--not even a travel credit or anything.
I am so angry. I strongly recommend that you do not use this company.

This travel agency is fraudulent, if you buy and pay for the money back service, they will not give you a refund. The number dials as Florida many times, but it seems that it operates in the Philippine islands since it is always Filipinos who answer the phone. If you don't want to waste your money and your time, better use Cheapair.com, Kiwi.com, or another well-known agency in the United States that does not cheat you.
