I wish there was an alarm button so I could notify people about these groups of scammers. First avoid these people, if you fall in trap, please don't hurt yourself more buying their extra services like buying the travel care,... its just nonsense, because they are not abiding by it anyways. On the top of that no matter what reason you have your money is gone..., I will keep writing reviews until they get back to me with an answer on what did they do with my money and ticket I purchased. I've now gotten two different tickets from ASAP both within 3 days of my departure. They literally saved me hundreds of dollars! I use to use Expedia, not anymore! I really enjoy talking to ASAP representatives while making my travel plans, they make sure there are no mistakes with your travel arrangements and work diligently to help you out. I was skeptical using them before, but I will never use anyone else again! Pack your bags and have a great flight like my granddaughter & I did!
As everything is changing at a fast pace on these days, I made an off the cuff decision and asked for your services. I had the pleasure to interact with Christian who outperformed my expectations... in less than expected he gave me three different quotes and considered all the possible alternatives. (Time on each scale, cities and their related risk/measures due to the pandemic) he looks like someone who knows the operation as well as the associated factors. Wish him the best..
While making a booking, the agent assured me that my ticket was changeable without any extra cost (except the price difference between the old and the new ticket), but once I tried to change it, they wanted an extra $250 as their change fees. Will never book from them again.

I managed to book a flight to another country just the day before the flight and fortunately there were free seats, so I pasedd through the whole proedure quickyl and without any side hassle.
