I had to book a very last-minute trip to Uganda. The time change makes travel complex. Althea ASAP Tickets was able to sort through all of the options and ultimately called the airline to get the preferred itinerary I had. I would never have been able to do it online myself. It saved me a ton of time and got me the best itinerary at a decent price.

I chose to book with ASAP tickets only because of the ability to use Affirm as my payment method. My service rep Asta was very helpful. However, ASAP did not save me much as opposed to booking direct with the airline. I don't appreciate the forced gratuity in order to complete the booking. This is the first booking experience with ASAP and it put me off in being forced to enter a gratuity, which I have never experienced with other booking agencies.

I was very impressed with this service. My sister told me about it and I was skeptical. However, I later learned this company is really good about helping you get good reasonable flight tickets and in my case I needed hotel and car reservations. The agent took care of everything and walked me through it step by step. I think the best thing about this is that if you are looking for an affordable trip and you need someone to walk you through it then this service is for you! By the way I have a travel service as well that I pay for annually and it doesn't seem anywhere as good as this.
