I am a first time user of this platform. My agent, Maribel, was excellent. She listened and really tried to give me the best ticketing available. I do think I was lucky, and got great service. She was not pushy, I feel confident that it as worth the call.

The first agent that I spoke to about my concern was not helpful at all because she did not stay with me on the phone line while I was stressing out. I am unsure if her name was Debbie or something else. She just referred me to her Supervisor, whom was not of help as well. Erasmus took care of my situation and was very patient with me.
