I was quoted an x price and when we went to confirm and buy the price was different all because someone misunderstood that I wanted 3 tickets but I was always clear it was 1 ticket and finally I was charged extra $39 for no fault of mine.

I really like experience but the only thing is the agents have to be little bit more careful while filling the request and authorization forms as sometimes it cost extra while the changes are being redone.
