I was a little bit frustrated because Japan airline cancelled their flight and it cost me double now to get my ticket to another airline to go to the Philippines.
But luckily, my agent LYKA took care of me and look for another flight for me. I'm giving the 5 STAR to LYKA.

Paco was great at finding the lowest price for my flight back to Phoenix! When the times didn't work out for me we ended the call because I wanted to look around for better price, he called me back in 5mins with the best price compared to all the others. The service was perfect, highly recommend!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
October 24, 2021

This website is a scam. I purchased 4 international flights with the premium "travel insurance" for an extra $70 per ticket. The travel insurance is a literal scam. I booked with someone named Decard who told me the travel insurance allows for free cancellation, no rebooking fees, and 1 checked bag per ticket. Lo and behold, when I am reviewing my tickets, there are no checked bags allowed. When I try to contact Decard his number is disconnected. Hours later someone else contacts me. Their solution is to "upgrade" the ticket which now has gone up in price by $250. I regret using this website.

Very Horrible experience when it comes to cancelled flights. Never rely on their support when finding alternate flights. Do it yourself directly with the airline and you can find the best options without missing your connecting flights. If I did not take the initiative of going directly to the check in counter in the airport I would have missed my flights. Their alternate time and date are the worst. They even gave me alternate date moving my flight to 6 days later which meant i would be stranded in a city for that period! Obviously the agents rely only on their horrible system software to find flights which does not give the best options. My wife just took a few minutes by google search to find me alternate flights. The way they make you wait atleast an hour to simply fix the schedule is horrible. They have agent to agent rules that will mess up your urgent issues. I will never use Asap tickets again nor recommend them. In fact, they should replace their name to ‘Verylatetickets'

Worst travel agency ever. Scams beware

Worst company ever my agent Middleton lied and deceived me to convince me to buy a ticket and when one of the one of the airports was going to be closed during my flight I was sent an email to reschedule my flight so when I called them they couldn't reschedule me so I was told I would get a full refund on my ticket but not the insurance that I purchased even though my travel agent told me I would because I spoke to him prior to this so he lied about that and multiple other times I asked to speak to a manager multiple times and spoke to many different other agents which kept giving me the runaround the all promise me that a customer service manager or someone would get back to me to help me resolve this still no answer still hasn't received the email from their rescheduling people for my refund please for your benefit stay away from this company their business practice is built on deceit and lies maybe not all the travel agents are bad but so far all the ones I've talked to are they should all be fired because they are setting a poor example and image of this company I am happy for the people that had a good experience but if you keep dealing with these people you will join the ranks of us who has not God forbid something goes wrong with your flight, the insurance is worthless, this company is worthless I will never deal with them again pretty much since they won't resolve the issue I am going to have to file a claim with my bank to get my money back good luck to you safe travels

I booked a ticket with them 2 month ago in July 2021 and the company I was supposed to flight with cancel the ticket and proceeded to a full refund because there was no way for me to travel with them a that time. I called asap ticket to book another ticket for same day but we did not get one. I pay an extra money to book a flight at the airport, thinking that asap ticket will refund me in 3 business days. Are are in September I still did not receive my money and I call them countless they ne lying to me and all that. I'm looking forward a way to get my money back. I will not recommend anybody to asap ticket ever! Y'all need to improve your service and refund policy fr.

I bought 2 tickets from this company, they changed the date and time twice, I requested a refund because those dates did not suit me. This was in July 21, all calls and emails that I sent them were unanswered, and when someone answer he had a nasty attitude. I lost about $1300 for a service that I never got. TOTAL SCAM!

I will give this scam of a company 0 if I can. My parents booked their flight on this company 2 years ago, pre pandemic. They had to book another flight to come back to Canada and had been an uphill battle getting a refund from this company. They also ask for an additional 400 dollars from my dad to give them a measly 400 dollar refund. So now 2 senior citizen on a pension almost 3000 dollars put of money. If that doesnt smell like a scam from miles away. I dont know what is. Shame on you for doing this...!

Bought a ticket for my 15 yrs old daughter that has 2 stops and ITN insurance through them includes $300 compensation if flight is delayed more than 6 hours, on september 2nd her second flight had delay over an hour and half that will be late enough that won't let her get on her third flight, ended up that the airline makes other arrangements that made her get to her final destination 9 hours late, called asap 4 times and had them tell me to hang up and promised that someone will call me and tell me how they left message for Zoe the representative who booked my tickets and her supervisor because it's only them who can solve it, ended up after a week nobody responsed so i called back to figure that anyone can help me doesn't have to be her by doing something that takes less than 5 mins and call me after, anyway at then i was happy that someone is finally willing to help but that didn't actually stay for long, after i told him the whole story, the representative started fighting me that my daughter didn't do her covid test, so i explained to him that it is not required by her destination and they are satisfied with her having her vaccination and how i can prove it through that country official government sites so now that he knew that it will be a losing battle, he told me ok but now although she arrived 9 hours late, she still didn't have a 6 hours delayed flight, the delay was because they made her take different flights and according to what he said it doesn't matter even if she arrived 2 days late even as long none of the original flights schedules hasn't delayed for over 6 hours, definitely not a company i would work with again with that kind of employees and that kind of mentality.
