Clement is the best Travel associate ever. My family ticket was canceled by the airline and ITN told me about giving us a refund when the trip was already planned. My experience was GREAT!. The agent was very professional and polite. Patient and courteous and she made sure that I went through everything with her and it was correct. She also made sure I didn't have any questions before hanging up with me and told me that If I have any questions later to feel free to give her a callback.
