In my opinion asap ticketing works harder at getting rid of (honest) bad reviews. Long story short. I finally got tired of all the lies and double talk from asap spews out.So i turned them in to The US Dept of transportation. Got my refund! These scumbags wont to anything until you turn them into the US dept ot Transportation. Maybe warn them... Going to US Dept of Tranportation if you keep lieing.
After not getting Covid test back in time to fly, our agent, Aspen, was able to cancel our flight and rebook us for the next day.
