Tickets were booked and I was send an itinerary but no e tickets.
I call the Turkish airline and I was told we owe another 678 dollars.
I was never told by Bart that i will have to pay additional money.

He could necessity reached by phone with no waiting time and even assisted me with filling out the necessary forms, keeping his phone on standby.
