The travel advisor who helped was very knowledgeable with all the flight airlines and can easily make a call as easy as one two three. A lot of patience she rendered during our searches, and she gave me information that people mostly overlooked. I. e. Just a year ago I bought a ticket and the same day I called for cancellation your representative said okay. But they didn't. And asap collected money for ticket and hotel. Later I claimed but nothing happened.

I had an exceptional experience with Kanav over the past couple of days planning a South African Safari, as well as fitting in a week in Cape Town. I would say, with any "shopping " experience, a little homework helps ahead of time. Again, when dealing with any service-based company, one needs to be clear on what they are looking for. I had that connection with Kanav and also shared some personal experiences, and found that Kanav had a pleasant personality and was engaging.
