Don't book- they hard sell with a lot of kissing to make you think they are going to be your agent. Once they've got your money they disappear... cant reach them after hours and hours of on hold transfers.
And the so-called ITN "Travel Care Service" thats extra $$ in case you have to make changes- Junk!
They got all my money- Covid round 2 hit and had to wait until able to change and now "So sorry" we cant use your $2,000.00USD from prior insured flight towards any changes so ASAP = lies, lies, lies
Excellent service and super patience showed by my Travel consultant Shanmay who approximately spent 2+ hours understanding my travel needs, figure out options, and eventually recommending a fit choice. Kudos to her as she went out of the way to figure out visa restrictions for Indian PP holder, Covid restrictions, etc. Absolutely 5 star service and will be a return customer. Keep up your good service because its not just a travel business but rather making people meet their families.
Enar helped me, keeping in mind my kitty and price as well as needing to leave asap. He found me direct flight options that were going for at least twice as much on priceline! I get to go home.
I got my tickets through this. A friend had told me that it was a good site to get tickets. And at this point I dont know who to be mad at! I got to the airport and they said I couldn't go! With everything on hand shots test result everything READY TO GO! I paid 1500 on my tickets to Brazil. I haven't taken a vacation in 8 years I haven't seen my family in 8 years! And paid for insurance on my tickets incase I cancel or if something happens so that I can't go They wanted to give a flight for The 3rd But that doesn't work I had a date to go and a date to be back working it was supposed to be on my time if it's MY MONEY. They said I could change the date but they won't let me pick my date and they said I have till October of next year to pick! BUT THESE SONS OF $#*!ES WONT LET LET PICK! AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND ME! I'm not losing my money they said some one would call me back and this was on the 29th! We are now on the 1st of the month and still not a god damn call back! Completely unbelievable I do not recommend for any to get tickets with them their customer service is horrible and they don't care because they already have your money.

The first phone call was 1 hour 45 min and not check in frequently to know if I'm still on the line and eventually was cut off without receiving a call back. After 2 additional calls which were hung up on finally the 4th person I spoke to was Gilzean. Gilzean was super helpful and detailed and finally assisted me in rebooking my flight to South Africa. Having struggle for 5 hours I will not recommend ASAP to anybody to do business with. I was assured buying travel insurance to receive a full refund should any unforeseen circumstances beyond my control happened just to be advised my ticket is none refundable. It cost me an additional $370.00 to rebook a flight.

They just take my money, after I paid they don't want help. Before he use to call many times (Drew). After He gets the money he is not able to help it. I keep calling and sent him an Email, he just ignore it because he gets the money(that's the one he wants). My flight was canceled and Air Canada not able to help because I did with ASAP. I keep calling them they don't want help it. Please anybody wants to have a flight don't do it with ASAP(the worst company I have ever seen in my life). They don't care about the customer, they just care how to get the money. Negative customer service.

In June of 2021 I purchased a round trip ticket for two from Omaha to Honolulu for $1100 a fair price to meet my time restraints. In August our Hawaiian cruise was cancelled because of covid. ASAP charged me over $700 to change our flight from October to November. Next the November cruise was also cancelled so we tried to change our flight back to October 30 and they charged another $500 and we wanted to go to Kona on the Big Island they said that wasn't possible so we had to buy a separate ticket from Honolulu to Kona for another 500. The day of the flight October 30 our flight from Phoenix to Honolulu was cancelled so we had to find our own flight to Kona from Phoenix for an additional $750. Also we were unable to use our Honolulu tickets to Kona so we were out that $500 ticket and we had to buy another one way ticket from Kona to Honolulu for $100. I know you are thinking didn't you have flight insurance yes we did and they said it wasn't covered by insurance. So that's how a $1100 trip to Hawaii turns into a $4000 nightmare. Never book with ASAP if you think the flight might be cancelled or if you have to make changes because of Covid.
