I am going to Paris to the wedding of my BFF's daughter. Was told to contact a particular agent, who never bothered to answer or return calls. Instead, I got Mr. Wickham! I explained what I wanted and he gave me options. Patiently explained what he thought would fit my travel itinerary. So once we had a plan, he allowed me the time to confirm travel dates with other people I am traveling with. He held my rsvp for 24 hrs and when I called today I was able to book 2 separate international flights and get the dates that I wanted to travel. Mr. Wickham is my new go to travel advisor! I take between 6-7 international trips annually. Guess who's getting all future business from me? Mr. Wickham.

The changes made by the airline in our original itinerary were not acceptable to us. We informed our travel agent about this change. A group of them worked on this situation for several days. Finally, they delivered the itinerary that we wanted. It was the best that I have seen.
