I was extremely hesitant to rely on an online travel agency to secure tickets for a very big trip I was planning with my husband. But I needed help figuring out how to get the best deal on airfare. After a lot of thought and discussion with friends who are more experienced travelers than me, I relied on ASAP and feel like I got the best service. Quebec has been the best travel agent for the last several months as I plan this trip. He has guided me through a lot of questions, found the best deals for me, and has been available by phone and email whenever I've had questions or needed advice. He gets back to me within a couple of hours to help me. He has stayed on the phone with me for over an hour as we looked for the best travel itineraries. He is calm when I am feeling really anxious; he is knowledgable when I am stymied by all of the airlines' websites. He is also funny and has a sense of humor when I needed some levity in the process. I highly recommend him as an agent at ASAP.
