I had ordered from this company in the past and it has been okay but now have huge issue---I placed an order 11/8/2024 for christmas presents. I received an email saying it was shipped out 11/18--- kept tracking shipping but it stayed at waiting in CA. I reached out on status and on 12/11/24 Jordan S/cc'd Hugo A said they would look into it. I have not heard from anyone since then. I am now requesting my money back--- Please respond. I realize this company is going through issues and possibly imploding but I would appreciate my money back.
I ordered a single tank top around 11/25/23. As soon as I placed the order, I realized I had chosen the wrong color. I sent a message to change the color and had a response within a few hours that they had updated my order. I was impressed. However, when I hadn't received my order after a month, I sent a message. No response. After another few weeks, I sent another message with no response. Over the course of 9-10 months, I tried to contact the company at least 8 times in various ways asking when my order would be shipped. As someone who works in customer service, I knew not to be rude, just ask questions. I'd all but given up on receiving my order when I suddenly had an email arrive that said my order had shipped. It had been 11 MONTHS since I placed the order, but in just a few days, my shirt arrived...and when opened, it was the wrong color. I have never experienced customer service this poorly from any company, and I will not be giving them any more of my money.
I really liked how Arm the animals pitched their cause and I ordered a couple of things from them without checking reviews first (lesson learned). 8 weeks later, I haven't received my order, and Arm the Animals will not reply to any of my emails. With no recourse for their customers, what Arm the Animals is doing is absolutely theft. Our collective friend Karma will do its thing, and in the meantime, I want my money back.
I ordered two separate orders almost two months ago and never heard from them since! I have emailed them many times and tried contacting thru social media and nobody ever gets back to me! They took my money and I haven't gotten any word from them since!
I placed an order online with arm the animals back in the beginning of May. Money was removed from my checking account. It is now June 9, I have had no shipping confirmation from the company. I have tried to contact them through the link on their webpage, and also through Facebook messenger. I have had zero response.
I placed an order 12/25/23 - it is now 5/28/24 - no shipment, no response after multiple attempts to inquire. Will contact my bank to report fraud and try to get my money refunded. Do not order anything from this business, they're scam artists, posing as a charitable business.
Spent over $200.00 on merchandise that was meant to be a Christmas gift for my daughter, and never received the T-Shirts, sweatshirts and stickers I bought. Sent an inquiry via their website and heard nothing back. Very disappointed, and frankly angry to have trusted this website which is supposed to help animals!
I ordered A bunch of clothing and stickers for the holidays and spent over $100 on this company. They have not responded to any of the costumer support messages. I'm very disappointed that it ended up being such a scam.

My order never arrived and I have been unsuccessful at getting ahold of anyone through email, instagram, or their silly contact form in order to get a refund or even just an actual product. I have ordered from this company years ago with no complaints whatsoever, so I'm sorry to see that they are no longer reliable.
Not sure if it's a scam or not but I purchased an item on 11/28/23 and never received it. I have sent 4 emails and 2 inquiries via their contact us site, and they have not responded to any.
I ordered a cat mom's sweater (very proud cat mom) after waiting a month for my order and then being charged an extra 20 to pick it up at the post office I opened up a dog mom sweater. This company makes returns impossible as they will not respond to you at all. Also they need to pay for the return as it's there fault but they've gone radio silent. Scammers. Super disappointed
Worked here for over a year. They will pay you minimum wage and force you to do all the work without fare compensation,expecting 100% accuracy. The "manager" hugo is high all the time and makes countless mistakes and blames the heat pressers for his own incompetence. They bounce your checks for 2+weeks when it's convenient for THEM to stay afloat then lie to your face about the reason you didn't get paid on time. DONT WORK HERE!
I was shipped the wrong order and have sent 4 emails over the last 6 weeks with zero response. Basically a big FU. The product I ordered and paid for was more expensive then the product they sent me but whatever lesson learned I will just donate money to a real charity and not try to order a product to help.
I've ordered several shirts and hoodies from this company, and the quality is very good! I've had a hoodie for 5 years, and it still looks great- color is deep and it didn't fray where I cut the neck area! It does take a bit longer to get them than a fully stocked big shop, but they're worth the wait!
Ordered 2 shirts totaling well over $50, May 21st, 2023. Searched their website to contact them in regards to my order. There was no way to contact them.I saw they were on Instagram so I did leave a message on there. As of today, 6/12/23, I still have not heard back from them. Don't buy from this company!
Horrible everything. Sent several emails asking for a defective item to be replaced. No response. Then they send out a general apology email acknowledging their past business failures I even sent an email after

To offer a 20% disc on all future orders in the email. 20% won't ever be Enough to deal with them again. Awful company
I've ordered from ATA a handful of times. The shipping is a little slow, but that was ok with me in support of the small business and their mission. However this most recent order will be my last. I placed the order on 11/7 and was told it would arrive in 8-10 business days. That deadline came and went with no order. I reached out to customer service multiple times; Natalie was completely unhelpful and refused to honor my request of partial refund for the inconvenience. On 1/5, I received an email that my order was finally shipped. Awful experience. I will not order from them again.
Ordered almost a $100 in products for Christmas in early Nov.---nothing, no response to many emails.
Nightmare started in the beginning of October. I contacted them three weeks after my order had been placed. Several days later I am contacted by email asking me what I wanted to do with this problem. I asked for a refund. They never refunded my money back! Yesterday, six weeks later I was informed through Shop app. That my items are shipping. I will be returning them right back. When you order from them a shipping label is to be given to you. I never even and still haven't received it yet. Please don't use this company. They are crap. To say the least.
