Hello. I've been trying to return the product for forever. Receiving it took forever also. While your customer service people are very nice, they just seem to be soooooo slow to accomplish anything. I'm pretty much at the point of just donating it to Goodwill, and calling it a day. Not sure what's going on with you folks, but you have serious customer service problems to address. There's no chance I'd order from you again.
I am Moving into a remodel and have not had the chance to have it hung on the outside of the house, but the color that was shipped matches our trim. I thought I had ordered paint grade but it looks like the color that came is working out to match.
We Were Sent The Wrong Item. Called and received correct one soon. Returned incorrect one via FedEx easily.
There was very slight damage to one of the boxes of our shutter order. UPS had put them in a covered area out of the elements, and because they were so large and heavy, I could not move them until my husband came home from a business trip 2 weeks later. One of the boxes was opened, and one of the shutters was very slightly damaged. We did not install them until a few months later and noticed the slight damage. Because this was way past the guarantee period, we did not ask for anything be done.
We called for touch up paint, and customer service was very responsive and professional. My only complaint is that the touch up paint was VERY expensive for a tiny little bottle. I actually blame UPS for this because they damaged the box and the driver did not point it out when he delivered the boxes even though I went out and thanked him for putting them in a covered area.

I have purchased several items over the past 2 years from Architectural Depot and have been completely satisfied with the order process, delivery time frame, communication, pricing and product quality.
