Received items one clearly damaged, took pictures, immediately called and was told to email pictures which I did. I was not happy that I had to wait for a damaged item which was beyond my control and clearly between your company and the shipping company. I had deadlines to meet with my customer which I explained to your customer service rep.

Okay except two single shutters of different sizes were damaged beyond repair when they fell during inclement weather and I had to purchase replacements.
