I came across your site fairly easily using guessed-at keywords; on site, was pretty easy, though I wasn't able to make the "narrow" using measurements work for me. The website is pretty self-explanatory, easy to navigate otherwise. Got the product in just a few days - likely due to the proximity of the shipping facility to my address, though I certainly appreciate the quick-turn! The shipping cost was high - particularly for the size of the product.

Material not what I expected. Would not have purchased if I had toughed one before ordering as in an instore purchase.
The plastic pegs used to install the shutter were not very good at all. Very weak. You should have the option for screws or the pegs at no additional cost. The shutters are excellent quality though.
Need a coupon for future orders - will recommend your products to anyone who is sourcing products
