Understanding the terminology was a bit confusing. I was looking for a medallion that fits canopy up to 7inches and there wasn't a search criteria that fit. Also, as an Amazon Prime member, I'd expect to get free shipping since I'm paying with amazon but that wasn't the case. Also, the codes on Retail Me Not didn't work.

No problems so far. If we get exactly what we ordered...then it will be a very good experience.

Received the items quickly. Would have liked to have the complete dimensions available before I ordered. (heights of the various parts of the bracket)

Not sure why I thought the piece I got was made from wood, my mistake. I still use it but I would have liked it better in wood.

Love the products and pricing is fair. Customer service was very poor, needed verification on sizing of a particular product because it was'nt right and it didn't fit the corners properly. Customer service did NOT care, and was NO HELP At ALL. They were suppose to e mail me and never did. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
