Horrible

Wife & I went to the Independence, Mo. Store on 8-25-22 she ordered the Ruben it was cut in half 1 1/2 had no meat between the bread & I ordered the bar b q brisket sandwiches both were very, very skimpy on the meat the brisket had about a tea spoon of bar b q sauce on it I went up to counter & asked for more bar b q sauce & was handed 3 packets of Arby's sauce. The service was horrible & so was the food I'm glad they remolded all the Arby's in the KC area but it doesn't make up for bad service & skimpy food no more condiments on the bar not even ketchup for your fries very, very disappointed at this point I don't see Arby's staying in business much pass the end of the year.

It looks SO GOOD on Arby's advertisement on TV… but it was terrible! Instead of the lovely thick slices of chicken breast they show on the ad they used some hard cold tough previously DEEP FRIED chunks of chicken that had a gross rubbery texture. I was looking for a (relatively) healthy chicken wrap and was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Instead of presenting me with the wrap I ordered I got a substitution that was nothing like it's description!
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Cold

I've been using the windstorm Missouri location for roast beef sandwiches for years and it's two times in a row now that the beef and cheddar was ice cold I don't like microwaving my food after I get out of the drive-through other than that it's always been great I even worked for Arby's when I was 17 years old but I'm tired of getting cold food. Disappointed!

Just came through the Arby's drive thru Newark, Delaware@ the old capital trail location, Kirkwood Hwy...and just say this was a total disappointment!I ONLY ORDRRED 2 originally sandwiches, 2 orders of curly fries and 1 order of Mac n cheese bites and every was cold, old food and disappointing! People still expect food to taste like something other than card board fries and sandwiches that look like you could barely see the meat, it was truly horrible and cold! I was on my way back to the store to ask for a REFUND! THIS STORE NEEDS TO DO BETTER, ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME.

Went to Arby's 3/30/20 never used a coupon over 10 years today and they won't give me the deals The manager comes to the window and says well this is how much it is and when I handed her the money I said that's unbelievable that you all do this and she handed me the money back shut the window and they stood there and smiled and waved to me like they were waving goodbye to someone it was a joke and then the little girl with red hair that was black she stood there and just kept waving after the manager walked away unbelievable it happened at like 630 that day, just thought Arby's want to know but I guess not because now reading your reviews you have a problem with this and I'm not the first one

Needs to be fresher I shouldn't pay $8 for a sandwich that Im literally grossed out to eat. Probably why no one goes to Arbys anymore. Step up your game. Had to throw it out uneaten. Nasty.

Disappointing

I ordered two simple sandwiches and they messed it up so badly. I'm really upset. Don't go to the arbys on Henry street Muskegon. I was very clear on my order and they totally ignored me.

Bad Choice

Had the grilled chicken wrap. A mountain of wrap & a couple pieces of chicken. I had to throw most of it away. Very disappointing. Expected more for $7 than a bunch of dough. Do not order.

Steak sandwich

You wish ( and so did I) that steak sandwich looks as good as the one advertised. I think the employees need to be TRAINED how to make sandwiches and fry French fries… I got a horrible horrible steak sandwich from the Arby's at the Cuyahoga falls Main Street location and spent 12 dollars for that stinking sandwich and burnt fries… I hope the ceo sees these bad reviews and does something before no body wants to eat there anymore and they shut them down!

Cant get order correct

On Dec 22,2021 order a double beef and cheddar. Receive a single roast beef wrapped in a beef and cheddar wrapper. Every time a do an order there they cannot get it right.

Danbury, CT store visit
October 17, 2021

Visited the Danbury, CT location on Federal Street. Upon entering, the male cashier had his mask under his chin exposing his face. I asked if masks were optional so I could remove mine. He took my question wrong and began attacking me verbally saying he was "breathing". I tried to tell him he misunderstood but he yelled over me. I told him I was done with him and asked for the Mgr. Bambi, Manager, yelled from the back she was busy. I started calling the 800 number for Arbys Corporate and Bambi finally came to the counter. I tried explaining to her the conduct of her cashier but she too spoke over me saying "he's from another store, he's not my problem". I said he's representing your store. She then turned her back on us and I said I'll never come back. Bambi yelled "Good!" This is obvious the culture of Arby's as they feel they do enough business that good treatment is not on the menu. Reminds me of an expression used growing up: You can take people out of the ghetto but you can't take the ghetto out of the people.
