I spent my entire vacation worrying about having a return flight when I booked everything and was told it was confirmed and had ticket and seat numbers WEEKS AGO. Here I am towards the end of my trip only 2 days left until i HAVE to be home for work and I still do not have a return flight. And no one is even getting back to me anymore. Just sending me generic AI responses. This is a terrible experience and unless I get my flight immediately, I will unleash hell on this company and imbarrass Arangrant accross all platforms.

Gordon was very good about booking our trip. Afterword I needed help with wheelchairs and made the request through your Customer Service portal. Customer Service said it was done. Of course I won't know that until I get back from our trip, but assuming it was properly done it was a very simple and easy experience and I'm very happy with it so far.

We got caught up in the Air Canada labour dispute mess and had to find new flights. Olivia was very helpful and professional.

I had not heard of this company so after ordering the tickets, I waited a day and then checked the airline flight. Our name appeared. We were good.
I have worked with Ackerley a number of times to secure my flights, and they have consistently been very very helpful; I really recommend working with Ackerley at Arangrant!
Cody is the best. He is very helpful, responsive and polite. He has helped me find the best rates. There is no pressure to sell me anything. I have referred a few of my friends to him and all were happy with his services.
This is the second time I dealt with Arangrant and Cordelia was very helpful in finding the best rate for our flight.
It took a little while to get the right set up on flights. This was my first time using your service. I had some needed time issues to be met. Once they were the deal came together fast.
They had one price and we thought we had booked the tickets. Then the next day it was more expensive and turns out the tickets had not been booked
One of your staff, Ozioma was fantastic. She took care of all my questions, explored all the options with me. More importatnly, I felt no pressure in making my decision.
Once I purchased my ticket I cant get anyone to help me with the seat confirmation. Very poor way to treat your customers.
Patricia was very pleasent in making the reservation. Not in control but I had a very hectic experience during this trip. The customer service from Arangrant was not very helpful while I was away from home in a different country.
Answer: Hi Linda, thank you for your question. If the travel credits were issued from a previous booking with us, we can assist you with the rebooking, applying applicable fees. Please contact us at customercare@arangrant.com for further assistance.
Answer: Any compnay would be better, in fact you are better making your own reservations directly through the airlines if you know how to. Otherwise any other agency would be better than this one. Stay away.
Answer: They act like a scam company making all sorts of claims, then saying you are unable to do anything you were told you can do.
Answer: Almost impossible. Either they do not answer or another rep other than your rep answers and says they can not do anything, that they buy bulk tickets and you can not change ANYTHING and NO REFUNDS
