I was promised that if I needed to change my travel dates the extra insurance I purchased would cover this. At no time did I receive a copy of the insurance policy. I had to request it 4 to 5 times before I finally found a small portion of it online. I was completely lied to about what was covered on the insurance. It was possible from the beginning that I would have to change the dates of the trip due to medical issues, and I explained this very clearly to the representative that helped me book the trip. When it came time for me to change my trip, they wanted an extra $3000-$4000 to change my tickets after I waited three weeks for them to come up with a solution to my problem. I started trying to change my ticketing at the end of September, and I could not get a I started trying to change my ticketing at the end of September, and I could not get an answer from them on what my options were until a week and a half before my trip departed. I am now going to lose $7800 in ticketing. Never will I use them again, and I hope everyone learns from my very expensive mistakes.

My last trip with Aran Gran, I was advised by them of a flight cancellation 5 hours before hearing from airline. It gave us plenty of time to rearrange travel.

Overall, OK. Initially the fare increased from what the booking site told me by over $1000. Then they called me and offered it for the same price. Then there was some credit card issue, they threw 3 $2.19 charges at my card (I presume to see if it was a real card), of course the 4th time when they actually tried to charge the flight, it was declined because all these strange little charges set off alarm bells at Visa. In the end, it got booked, all good, but a little too much drama for what should be a very simple process.

False promises when booked the ticket and paid 8% extra for travel cover which doesn't cover anything. I'm going to consumer court for this and also mention in my online review of such a bad experience.
The agent Zane gave me assurance that the insurance will cover any cancellation with 100% refund. Now he is not responding and put me in touch with customer service team who flatly refused the refund.
As a Family, We are frequent travelers and always use Skylux and Business Class for our travel. This was first time and I burnt my fingers with ARANGRANT.

My flight was canceled and so far Arangrant has not been able to find me another comparable flight back home. When I called the customer card desk I was out on hold and told I was first in line. A little while later I was told I was second in line. A while later I was told I was again first in line. And a little while later I was told I was second in line. Is this the new math?

Answer: Hi Linda, thank you for your question. If the travel credits were issued from a previous booking with us, we can assist you with the rebooking, applying applicable fees. Please contact us at customercare@arangrant.com for further assistance.
Answer: Any compnay would be better, in fact you are better making your own reservations directly through the airlines if you know how to. Otherwise any other agency would be better than this one. Stay away.
Answer: They act like a scam company making all sorts of claims, then saying you are unable to do anything you were told you can do.
Answer: Almost impossible. Either they do not answer or another rep other than your rep answers and says they can not do anything, that they buy bulk tickets and you can not change ANYTHING and NO REFUNDS
