Aqua Science

Called the company for yearly check up. I was told would be $160 for the visit. The technician came over and did the testing of the water. He stated everything looks fine. I, specifically asked him, if he changed the filters, he said no need, the water is good. The next day the water flow was only running for couple seconds. Called the company, the same technician came out. He did something, and assured me that everything should be working properly. After that, a new technician came over and told me I need a bigger tank and that would solve my problem with the flow. He checked the flow again, and then determined, that membrane should be changed and then water flow should be good. I asked him how much would he charge to change it, he quoted $140 and for the bigger tank it would be $80. I, then asked, what was I charged for the first time? I got shocked, when I was told that they charged me for changing filters. I told him, filters never got changed. He started showing me the work log with pictures. I confronted him and I asked if he changed the filters, how come there are no pictures with replaced ones. He started assuring me that the first technician is not like that, and he is not going to report false information. So, I was very disappointed with such behavior. I would not recommend them and also got the whole system replaced with the bigger tank and new filters for $370. The company is a ripoff and scam.

The site was easy to use. The technical assistance was readily available and completely knowledgeable about the product. Shipping was free and fast. The tank arrived early and in showroom condition. They even delivered it to a location that was 200 feet from where the truck could park, in a sheltered location.
My only wish is that they sold more items. For what they sell, they are the best.

We called on a Monday, ordered same day with help from an agent, it was here Wednesday and works flawlessly. Much cheaper than going through our local well company. We will absolutely be back and couldn't be happier with this company

My ordering process was simple and efficient. I ordered on Friday evening and received by Wednesday afternoon. This includes coordinating with the freight company. Their price was also the best I could find even before the shipping was included for free.

Purchase was easy and Aqua Science had what we needed when we needed it. Bit on the pricey side but what we needed was a little bit unique and we didn't want to buy a whole case.

Last time I ordered soda ash from another company, it arrived in what was a paper bag inside a cardboard box and it had ripped so the product was everywhere and coming out of the box. Aqua Science shipped it in a sealed plastic bucket. No issues and great for storage. The price was excellent and included shipping.

I was looking for a very specific part for my pressure tank for my well. They had EXACTLY what I needed; Amazon didn't even have the right part. They got it to me in a very short amount of time. I will definitely be using this company again.

I found aqua science while trying to find a better price on an expensive item. They were about 200 dollars less than Amazon for the exact same product so I was suspicious maybe it wouldn't be quite the same decent experience I usually have with Amazon. Must say I'm pleasantly surprised. Products arrived in good condition, better packaged, better communication throughout, and overall excellent experience. I'm going to buy one more to keep on the shelf as a spare.

Caught an address error in the order, contacted me immediately and resolved. The order came on time in perfect condition and was everything i needed!
Thanks to them my swap of pressure tank and related equipment took less than 2 hours.

Kept dropping parts off the list I wanted to order and every time I tried to fix it it added another pump but dropped other parts…. At least I got the most important part and the rest I can source locally.

Received the carbon stone funnel and cap to rebed the water treatment system everything went perfect although it's a little work helper needed but saved 1300 dollars thanks to Aqua Science supply and support.

The package was never delivered to my home. Instead, it was delivered to one of the UPS pick up station.

I called Aqua Science directly to place an order for birm and gravel for water filtration system. The ordering and delivery was easily facilitated and successful. Due to my particular system, I'm not sure how products will currently address water quality but I am hopeful.

After testing out water we found our Radon levels to be very high. We researched our options, and Aqua Science was very helpful and answered all our questions promptly. The system is installed and running great with no issues so far.

I live in upstate NY. Cannot find anything I need here, not in stock and if so, the price is crazy. I try to shop local but always issues. I tried Aqua Science and very happy with the expierence. Item came real quick, no damage in delivery and when contacting them, I got a immediate responce.! Awesome.

I need a neoprene jacket for a 10 x 54 tank and they delivered a real nice one with a big pocket and handles. I had to install a system in an area that's finished. Condensation was a worry and this jacket put the customers mind at ease.

I ordered both my acid neutralizer and softener from aqua science. Great shipping, handling and great control valve options.

The softener was a later follow up since another company starting with F completely botched the job by delivering me a broken softener system. Broken control valve and broken brine tank.

Thankfully, i remembered Aqua Science did a great job with delivering the neutralizer so they were my go-to choice for the softener. The system arrived quick and in one piece.

At this point, aqua science has earned my water brand loyalty.

Usually, when free shipping is included, that means that you will get it in a few days as the shipping will not be of high priority. In this case, the shipping was included in the price (which was an awesome price!) but instead of shipping it via Tortoise Express, I received the pressure tank that I desperately needed in a couple of days via FedEx. How can I not be immensely impressed? Thank you!

Very easy to follow. Great explanations of products. Very nice follow up and swift responses to inquiries. Sierra (?) was very friendly and helpful. I will most definitely purchase from Aqua Science again for any water softener needs. Big thumbs up!
