Aqua Science

I needed a new well pump and pressure tank for my house. The helpful staff were able to answer all of my questions and help me get exactly the right parts to get the job done without repeated trips to the store to get miscellaneous connectors or fittings. I am very pleased with my purchase and Aqua Science made the process very easy for me. I felt like I was a valued customer and that is becoming very rare. I will be returning to Aqua Science for any future plumbing supply needs.

My RO unit stopped producing, so i needed filters fast. I had the filters in about 3 days. Fsst considering i live close to corpus christi tx.

Fedex Not delivering shipments. Shipment was 3 days late. Initially only delivered 1 out of 2 packages

My pressure tank sprung a leak putting me out of water. Aqua Science could get me a replacement and they shipped it the same day. It arrived 2 days earlier than expected and in perfect condition. I had my water system working again the next morning, which was a great relief to me.

It was very easy and pleasant during my transaction. I would definitely return, if I need anything in the future and would recommend others to so the same.

Some how during check out address was omitted got with customer service and they quickly solved it. Which caused NO delays in receiving product.

The website is well laid out. Ordering was easy. They sent an order confirmation email and text. I never heard anything about the item being shipped or a tracking number. I did email for order status thru their site and never heard back. The following week a truck pulled into my driveway and made the delivery. I went thru what was sent and found some adapters were not there. I did call to get these items and a gentleman there had them sent out to me. I would order from them again but would hope the communication would improve.

Aqua Science was responsive, very knowledgeable and service oriented toward me, the customer. They have been very patient and helpful meeting my needs to select the proper water treatment system. Jim has done an outstanding job of providing instruction and explanation of installation and proper operation and programming of the control. I was very confident that he provided everything I needed to order to completely update our water treatment system. Everything arrived on time and was complete and undamaged. I feel that any questions that may arise in the future use of this system will be handled promptly and professionally. I highly recommend Aqua Science.

Everything about AquaScience was great!. However, FedEx as usual lost the original package and then after AquaScience re-shipped another order the lost FedEx 2-day express package arrived. So the first 2-day express package finally showed up about 8 days later. WHY DOES anyone us FedEx? There terrible 99.9% of the time. But AquaScience is great!

When my tank arrived there was some damage due to the handling by the shipping company (FedEx). I contacted Aqua Science and they took care of replacement of the damaged items right away. I was very pleased at the level of customer service they provide. Your business is important to them. They are my "go to" for all of my plumbing needs! Thanks Aqua Science Team!

The site was easy to navigate and everything was immediately available. The submersible pump, control box, and fittings were delivered in two days. Much faster than the 4 months I've been waiting for a professional to replace it.

Complete Water Testing kit was missing a major portion of it's content. And that was after waiting 4 days in the mail for it to travel 35 miles to me. I drove over to Aqua Science and they promptly exchanged it for a new box.

A pleasure to work with! There was an error with my order (shipping address wasn't entered originally) but one phone call and issues was resolved, tracking sent the next day, and shipment arrived promptly! During installation, had some questions and called back. Same great experience as the first call. Everyone I spoke with was extremely nice and helpful! (Something, unfortunately, that can't be said for many other businesses these days).

The old one was 33 years old and Aqua Science had the exact same model as I removed. The tank arrived in perfect condition.

She was very knowledgeable and was able to give me all the information I needed to do what I needed to do, which was replace the media and my iron master system and she was also available to help me with my follow up questions to install the media, I also was able to talk to my next-door neighbor.
