Good customer support got online help for sizing pump and helped me make descision will do it the same again thanks

First time experience. I'm not a professional, just a do it yourselfer. What I really like about Aqua Science is that you can see all of the items required for your project along with the price. And in addition they have good tutorials to help along the way and if you still require info, I found Jim to be a great asset here. No doubt about it, no one else gives this kind of service.

Great price and fast delivery of items really makes things so much sweeter.

Some patience is required when contacting them at times. I guess it's because they can be quite busy.
Good service and product means lots of customers to service. Be patient. It's well worth it.

Super happy with my new VFD pump drive. My Irrigation well pump used to rattle the building when it started/stopped. Now you can only hear the sound of water running through the pipes! Ran it through dozens of tests. It runs every valve station without any pressure drop. Showed my neighbor, and now he's going to buy a system. Aqua Science had a very far price & love the free shipping! I will buy from them again.

Quick turnaround, easy to do test, clear instructions, and clear display on test strip.

I specified twin 10-inch tanks. Yoke was too short and I used a scavenged part to complete the job.

Overall bad experience. My well pump went out, I ordered a new one that day, 5 days later it still had not shipped, finally got in touch with a rep only to find out that pump wasn't in stock, and they're sorry for any inconvenience.

As indicated in the title, no problems at all with the shopping experience. The issues are with timely shipping. I placed an order on a Tuesday and everything was stock. The shipment did not go out however until the following Monday. No explanation as to why. I was hoping to have product before the weekend, so this was not great.

The staff and receptionist was polite and helpful. My friend had a extra bladder so we used his. He said there about 180 bucks. I said I'll replace his so he always has one to fix other wells. It worked good and wasn't hard to replace. I'm glad they have replaceable parts. We throw away too many things that still have a purpose. Try to advertise more replaceable parts so the price can come down. Thank u. Mario Romero

They told me what I needed based on my water sample. I had some questions about using additional and different systems and they had quick knowledgeable answers. Once I order everything showed up quickly and had no problems installing. Directions were easy to follow

After searching for a replacement for my failing well pump without any luck, I found the exact pump I needed at Aqua Science. They quickly confirmed that the pump was in stock in their warehouse and shipped it out that day. Great customer service!

I really can't say enough nice things about this company and their customer service.
I ordered an in-stock well pump rebuild kit with overnight shipping as there was no water in the home. After not receiving the kit a day later I phoned and explained my urgency. The customer service rep was super polite, helpful, and shipped the parts of the kit I needed immediately and then shipped another entire complete kit the next day.
Imho, given the circumstances one couldn't ask for better service.

When dealing with replacement parts (especially out of state parts) speed is a premium. Not only did Aquascience have what I needed in stock, but I found them because they were the best price. To my great surprise (and delight) they sent it out the very next business day. I am very pleased with this, and I'd fully recommend them to anyone that wants something from them.

Simple process to order pump. The description of product was thorough; this was compared to other websites. I would have liked all shipping options to give estimated delivery times to help in my shipping decisions.

Had to cut sleeve apart at top to install to get over the control unit. Zipper rendered useless. Installed by taping seam instead of using zipper. Every other product on market is designed to come apart to wrap around top of tank. Terrible design and I would have never purchased had I known of this design flaw

I ran into a few glitches while ordering a pH neutralizer from Aqua Science but every time their customer service team immediately responded. As much as I dislike when things don't go as planned, as long as there's someone to help get things back on track it doesn't matter that much that they happened. Every question or issue was resolved in much less time than expected.

The item I ordered was on backorder, though the website showed it was in stock. I waited 6 days with no notification. I reached out to the company and they informed me it was out of stock and supposed to arrive the next day. It shipped the next day and arrived a couple days after that.

Ordered what was advertised as an unused return DAB pump. Emailed a question prior to purchase and was assured that the product had never been used but was returned. The pump was in terrible shape and had not only been used but abused. Took pictures and sent to Aqua Science and got a return shipment label. Packaged the pump up (much better than I got) and shipped it back. No response as of yet.

Ordering was easy and the pricing was reasonable. I ordered 5 13 pound bags. They were shipped in two serarate boxes with paper packing. One bag in one box had a 3 inch slice in it and some product had spilled. It looked like both boxes had a rough trip in shipping
