The piece we purchased is exactly what we needed to do a full replacement of our well pump. We couldn't find the piece anywhere else. It shipped quickly and arrived in a timely manner. Very happy with the whole experience from start to finish.

Shipping was a late so I had to adjust my schedule unexpectedly. The product description lists a square D pressure switch but a (cheaper) Boshart switch was sent. Customer service says the price of the package took in to consideration the change but I'm not convinced. All parts are made in China but overall the quality is as expected. Final assembly went well.

Ordering was easy and purchase was easy. It took a few days to come in. Product was exactly as described works as you would expected it kept me from bending the main well pipe. I just wish I could purchase replacement rollers with it or they would at least send least one spare. They seem like they will hold up for years to come but I just like spare parts for just in case emergencies.

The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and refer you to the right place within the organization. I suspect they are very successful and busy. Their pricing is very good, and shipping just as they said. My only problem with them is that I had to wait 2 days at one point to finalize the order, because the person who could do it was so busy! All's well that ends well. The order has arrived in excellent condition, and within the expected timeframe. Thanks for being there, Aquascience!

Terrible follow up/service. Placed the order in December and only received the tank in February for a stocked item. Had to provide card details twice due to lost details by rep, but only when I called to follow up a few weeks later. Not sure if it is them too busy, covid or just not caring.

Needed a tank that let's be real, hard to get. Contacted Aqua Science about the availability for the tank and when could I receive one due to failure of original tank. Customer service was awesome, received the product in a reasonable and timely manner. Thank you for providing assistance in a time in need.

Employees are very courteous and patiently listen to your specific problems and needs. You can also ask to speak again to the person who helped you previously. When you call them a real live person promptly answers the phone.

I called the office to see if the part was available they said yes. I suggested I ordered online they agreed. The young lady said I will make sure your package goes out today it did. Arrived on time thank you very much.

I needed my well Water tested and they were able to take care of this for free. Once I receive the results they identified what I needed very quickly. I easily placed the order and it was shipped super fast. Great customer service.

Ordered replacement gravel media for my neutralizer system. Representative on phone calculated amount needed, and arranged for extra gravel to be added to the bag at no cost!

I bought my original neutralizer system from Aqua Science, and when looking for parts & supplies I always end up back on their website because of the low, very competitive prices and shipping. I love how they don't have low price come-ons and then rip you off with expensive shipping like most sites.

This was the first time I called customer support and it was a great experience, I should have called them long ago when I was installing the system. The representative seemed very knowledgeable; usually I know more than the support rep when I call, but not here! Now I have a go-to expert. I highly recommend Aqua Science for DIY'ers.

I had to replace a pressure vessel and iron filter in my house and this team was amazing. I talked to a few other compiles and they always seemed to point to the only solution that they actually sell rather than the full set of options and tailoring the solution to your needs. The iron filter rep was so knowledgeable and helpful, it's a shame I can't remember her name. Give her a raise! She walked me through each option and what the pros and cons were of each.

I will be able to give more specific information after we replace the old bladder with this new one. I wish there was an easier way to insert it into the tank. Apparently you have to turn over the tank and insert it from the bottom instead of through the top.
