Web site was a little cumbersome. Main concern is I purchased a installation Tee kit. I picked the most expensive one that had a Square D pressure switch that I knew was a quality product. Based on the cost I assumed I would be getting quality American / Canadian products. Unfortunately, many of the products are made in China.

I ordered a Centaur carbon filter and B&B Chlorinator pellet system. I have yet to have the opportunity to install them yet so can't speak about the quality of the products just yet. That being said, Jim was very helpful and knowledgeable. One issue I had was that the items shipped separately, but I only received one tracking number. So when I didn't receive part of my order I was concerned because I received an email saying my order was complete. I reached out and they were able to provide the other shipping information and sure enough, it arrived in a few days. So overall a good experience, just would have been better to know what was going on from the beginning.

Tank arrived within a couple days of my ordering and is perfect for my needs. The quick connect is great, only wish that they would invest into a 'push to connect' type of fitting on the other end instead of threads.

Ordered on a Friday had the new pump on Monday. Great price, fast delivery. I'll be ordering from aquascience again.

This was a reorder of filters so the process was very easy. However it appears that bulk discounts are no longer offered like with my previous purchase.

Everything was well laid out and it was nice to get almost everything I needed for the new well all in one place. When my order came in short a few small items Aqua Science offered to rush ship them out to me right away so I could still complete my well install that weekend. Thank you, I will definitely recommend and use Aqua Science in the future.

Part of my order was 500 ft of poly pipe to hang the well pump I also ordered from them. The pipe was inadequately packaged for shipping and was scrapped in shipping. When I brought this to their attention they blew it off as negotiable.

It was so nice to be able to drink water out of the faucet, have cleaner clothes and appliances after installing the filter. My only complaint is that there were no installation instructions. I'm a DIYer, and finally after hours of searching the Internet I found some instructions. Besides this very annoying issue, I love the filter.

I called to place my order. I could not place order through web site. Rep. Was very helpful took my order. Had tank next afternoon. Was pretty much straight forward. Hope will last longer than the steel tanks I used in past.

Called their store directly with some questions on a pump unit I needed to get. Customer service was excellent. She personally went and pulled the unit to get the specific info that I needed to make sure it was the correct model. After purchase, order was shipped promptly. Thank you!
