Aqua Science

Sadly, the valve arrived without the connection adapters. I contacted the company but it took them time to respond and more time for the parts to arrive. I was on a time crunch so I ordered the adapters from another company having to pay $25 plus shipping ($40+ total) that would arrive in time. Now I am out $40 and have extra connectors!

Jim@ Aqua Science provided recommendations that greatly helped in supplying a residential water booster pump system. Prices were competitive to our area suppliers and A. S. sealed the deal' in both product and customer service. Also, A. S. was found to be the only supplier of wall mounter pump brackets.

Jim was fantastic. He gave me clear and knowledgeable advice on pump and tank selection, installation strategy, and the adjustments I would need to make for my specific application. Add to that the fact that the price, delivered to the opposite coast, was still cheaper than anything I could find locally, and this was a total no brainer. I also know that if I run into problems during the installation, Jim is just a phone call away.

Order was sent on time. Packaging was good. I called for technical help-good service.
Careful- I had a leaking o ring and took it out to fix and inadvertently put it in backwards. Don't do that!

Dealing with Aqua Science was great. Good pricing and customer service was excellent. Product was in stock and shipped right away.

Shipping was long and got delayed 5 days due to a small 6" storm in the mountains. This is my only complaint as it delayed my job by almost a week. Couldn't review my product because still havent received it.

The products were great and shipped quickly and at a good price. Unfortunately there were no instructions other than for programming the control valves. They need to include instructions or at least have decent videos available to complete assembly and installation.

I have a point well and my jet pump was on its last leg. I called and talk with one of their technician about getting a new Goulds pump. She was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I was surprised that the prices on their site was not just for businesses but for everyone. I order my pump and everything else I needed to replace my old one. Even better surprise was that I got it the next day! I would always recommend Aqua Science to anyone who has a plumbing project. Keep up the great work!

I was instructed to order a new product for warranty and I would get a return label sent to me. It was not. I emailed and made phone calls still no response I finally called a third time and apparently they had been telling me to call the wrong department and I had not received anything. Finally got a hold of the right department and the matter resolved quickly. Now I'm in the process of sending my item back thank you.

I have had these cards for decades, first time I ever had problems. Delayed my order. The related materials I ordered from A****n arrived weeks earlier, ordered with same card. The controller looks good, have not yet installed.

I ordered some pipe 8/26/22 it was supposed to be delivered by 9/1/22 I didn't hear from aqua science by 9/1 so I called them to find out the status of my order and they said they shipped it on 9/1. I was going to use this product over the weekend and didn't have so l had to get it from a different location

In stock easy, great! Online search for item, website was fairly easy to navigate, all questions were answered on the website.
The product I ordered came as a complete kit, which made other searches for parts to fit, unnessary

I ordered 7 items which I need for 2 water systems. Of the 7 items only 6 were shipped. Called to report the shortage and now it is up to me to prove the item was not sent. So, I thought I found a good place to buy stainless steel fittings for potable water, but I guess not.

The ordering process and customer experience was very good.
The F400 came in a large bag in a box. Since the bag was 58 lbs, the carogated box could have been heavier. You consider charge a large plastic container. I know it would cost more, but it would help in
Handling at the factory. Overall happy.

Bought a pressure tank on Saturday, shipped on Wed due to it being backordered. Great price and super fast shipping once they had the item. Would have been nice to know that the item was backordered when I ordered, as it listed in stock I believe.

So far so good. Box came in good shape, it was a plug-and-play installation

I spoke with Serena. She was very knowledgeable about the products and she made sure that I had everything that I needed to install my well pump the correct way. I spent money and hung up the phone with a smile on my face. How often does that happen? Excellent experience!

I noticed I could not find separate osmosis aqua filters to buy. They seem they have to be in threes are in a set.
The one carbon filter they sent, had a pinhole in it.
I've called for a refund, but I still have not returned my call after three hours

I ordered a pressure tank 2 weeks ago. I called 3 times last week and 3times this week trying to get tracking information. I still do not have the product or tracking information and they took the money from my account as soon as I purchased it. I even paid extra for tailgate delivery and need to be there so it doesn't get left in the street.
