My well pressure tank failed unexpectedly, but I was relieved to find the parts I needed to install a new tank from Aquascience for a reasonable price. My order shipped quickly, and Aquascience was even able to make a last minute change to it with no issue. When I received the parts I was happy with most of them and was able to install my new tank. But unfortunately the pressure gauge Aquascience sent was visibly faulty. An internal metal part was warped and the gauge could not read any higher than 40 psi without getting stuck. I'd return it, but the shipping and restocking fees do not make it worthwhile, so I just bought a replacement at a local Ferguson store.

Had company service for years. A few years ago reverse osmosis replaced. Each year we pay for filter change. They changed their policy that any equipment over 10 years had to be replaced for them to work on it. This was a message loud and clear that they expect you to buy new from them every 10 years regardless of the condition of the equipment. Though they sold us the equipment at the very most 5 years ago they have no record of the sale but discloses they have to establish date. This sounds to me like a company who cares only about their profit and the heck with the customer. NO MORE AQUA SCIENCE for us. There are too many companies who want business. We read where they were having issues with their company, now we know why. Perhaps it's time to look at the saltless system, with a company who values their customers.

I will definitely order from Aqua Science again. I placed my order and it was at my house 2 days later. Unfortunately, one of the items (oversized product) arrived damaged. I contacted Aqua Science (Jim) and received a replacement at my house the following day, they also provided a return label to ship the damaged product back. All other products were of high quality and I couldn't have received any better customer service, thank you!

I originally received an incorrect set of parts for my water softener but when I called I received excellent customer service in order to get the right parts shipped out quickly and a shipping label for the incorrect parts. They are first-rate company and I will use them again for other things in the future!

Order arrived quickly...there was some damage to a piece that occurred during shipping, but customer service was very responsive and a new part was shipped out right away.

I was happy with the products and the prices! I had two interactions with customer service, both positive.
First I phoned and asked for a part that I did not see online. It was easy to talk to a real person and they were knowledgeable about the products. It was special ordered for me, arrived in a reasonable amount of time and my order was then shipped and I received it quickly.
When i received my order, there was a mistake. I phoned customer service and it was resolved immediately and without any fuss. Mistakes can happen, its how a company deals with them that is the real measure of good service. I will not hesitate to purchase again.

I have purchased other products from AquaScience and have been pleased. I had my water analyzed and system designed about 11 years ago but didn't order it. The ordering process was very fast. I had a few issues but worked through them.

Literally guiding through from what the project requiring to investigating further issue via series of job site pictures extremely efficiently. I can't thank enough Ms. Casey for her guidance and help! As a personal working in a field of architectural profession, I highly recommend Aqua Science for their dedication in service and the quality of product.

The Product/Service rep was extremely helpful, my house water was down due to a freeze destroying my main water filter housing and canister. He detailed my replacement product, and got it to me within 2 days. Major props to him,.

Ordered on Wednesday and arrived on Thursday. I had the pump out but found a broken wire to the pump. Called Aqua Science to return the pump they excepted it without question. Really great service and will use them again

Searching for well holding pressure tanks in an economy of supply shortages was tough but Aqua Science came through with what I needed! Also, the sales team answered the many questions I had about sizing of tank, piping, pressure, hook-up and asked me several questions that lead to the correct hook-up kit and fittings to send me. They were very detail oriented, not missing a step in materials that I needed to fit the tank in my house, even to the logistics of the delivery means of the truck needing to have a tail gate that lowers the tank to the ground. They wewre very polite and have their act together!

I will say I was a little apprehensive at first due to name recognition or lack of it for me, however product arrived quickly and at a good price, so I'm very satisfied and in the future if the need arises I'll be sure to revisit.
