Good, I was ordering a pressure tank (free shipping) but when I went to add a pressure gage it went to $16 shipping on a $6 gage. Guess I'll get that locally. Took like 12 hours to get order confirmation email, that was a little weird. In the meantime I had sent a message to customer service and they were very responsive and helpful when they got it the next morning.

My only suggestion for improvement would be a couple quirks in the website. It was a little hard to navigate through the large selection of fittings. Also, after spending time (~ 1 hour) choosing the fittings to put in my cart, then taking a short break, my cart was emptied. The second time through I wrote down the SKUs then used the search tool and filled my cart in a couple minutes.

Placed order for water system replacement filters. Very easy on line ordering and fast delivery. Very Satisfied

This site has good products at good prices. They shipped my item quickly but I didn't know that. My only complaint is that they never sent me a shipping notification so I had no idea it was on the way and had no way to track it. Since I pick up my stuff at a shipping service place I had no idea that it had arrived there and only found out by accident when I went to pick up another parcel to find out that it had been there for quite some time.

Prices are greater detail about product is better than most and accessories are great quality. I received my tank in only 4 days with all the parts and Teflon I needed. I was able to install it in 2 hours plumbing and all. The tank is very easy to install

Rebuild kit I needed was in stock. For what these parts are, rubber & plastic, I think the pricing was a little on the high side, but shipping was included in the price which is a big plus. I got the parts quickly, shipped on Monday and had the parts on Tuesday before 11:00 AM.

Needed a replacement UV filter for my water softening system. Local plumber that installed system wanted 2x the price of the cost of the filter to replace. Ordered from AquaScience and did it myself.

My order was flagged by Aqua Science fraud people. They claimed to have called and E-mailed me then canceled my order after not getting a hold of me. They did call but my phone does not let calls threw that are not in my contact list. They did Not E-mail me (Yes I do check my spam folder). I have ordered from them at least twice previously and I had trouble getting my order shipped before. I will not order from them again.

I am very satisfied with my purchase from Aqua Science! The lady that I talked with was very helpful and courteous. I asked some touch questions and if she was not 100% sure of the answer she asked co-workers for an answer. She did not put me on hold and I could hear the questions she asked so I knew she was seeking the right information and not just making up an answer. I received exactly what I ordered in a couple days. Top notch crew in my opinion.

Price was good and shipping was fast. A few items broke in shipping, called in to tech support and got the two items being sent to me. I can't move forward until I get the parts and I look forward to getting this system going as the one I have been using for six years has not been the best.

This is the 2nd time I bought the same item. Quality control on this one was poor. Was missing the clip to hold in the backwash drain connector so I had to pull the one off the old unit. Fittings were loose, control panel was popped out of place and there was actual dirt in the box. Once I resolved some of the shortcomings it appears to be working correctly. Just overall poor quality control.

Kennedy was very helpful and patient. She stayed on the phone as I checked the part no's and configuration of the replacement parts I was ordering. The parts I needed were in stock. I placed my order that Thursday afternoon and received them on site in Connecticut the following day. Great service!

I have been experiencing problems with my Brass well tank T connector leaking.
When I found your website I found a lot of great information that I was missing in my own knowledge. I found the stainless steel T and other fittinga and hope they have a longer life for my home than the brass did. Time will tell. Your website was very helpful for the whole process. I ordered what I needed and received it all quickly. No complaints at all. Thank you for your service!

I recently bought a batch of check valves for my well and pump business as I am looking to try different suppliers. One of the check valves has a chip on the sealing face and I am looking to see if I can get that one replaced.

Jim suggested a change to the pressure tank bladder pressure. This was a setup error on my part. It corrected the system shutdown issue. We also had an unusual noise. He checked with the tank OEM Representative and suggested a new part. Jim sent me the new part at no charge and this corrected the issue.

Thank you. Wish it had fast shipping. But it did get here faster than i expected. Thank you so much for that. We are currently installing it but the 1inch sharkbite doesn't for for the 1 inch PVC so we are trying to figure out why and what we would need instead. Do we need to downsize at the joint?
