Had exactly what I was looking for and I received it faster than expected.

Ordered 50lb bag of Corosex(Magnesium oxide) to bring my water PH up. Received a phone call soon after because I had mis typed my address. The order went out that day and I received it two days after. Once I added the product to my well treatment system my issue was solved. Thanks!

The order process was really simple and the folks on the other end of the phone were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful and we're not pushy trying to sale me products I did not need. Problem is I received a portion of the order today and it's missing parts and was very poorly packaged. The media was pre installed in the vessel but the opening was not sealed so there was a trail of media down my sidewalk and to the location the delivery driver left the box on my porch, not to mention the mess from opening the box. I'll call them tomorrow and see how they handle this.

Everything arrived on time and in good condition except the cap on the top of the tank was broken upon opening. Customer service assured me it was covering an opening used to secure tank while painting and would not affect function of the tank.

It took a while to get my tank (back ordered) but i wanted to use same style as i was replacing, but a bigger tank. They said it would be delivered on Monday got it on Sunday, hook up was easy now my grandaughter can take longer showers. 2 hr hookup

The person I dealt with was knowledgeable and courteous, he had to put me on hold but kept it very short. He was able to answer all my questions about the suitability of the pump I was considering for my well. They shipped quickly and Ihad my pump in a few days. Good customer service on the sale.

I ordered a replacement Extrol tank and the replacement inlet Tee to make the install easier. The Tee kit included every down to the teflon tape and pipe dope. I was pleasantly surprised to find it all there. It made the install so much easier on my end as a weekend plumber. I did not have to go the hardware store once. Thanks for great pricing, free delivery and completeness in the kit. I will order from you in the future when the need arises

When I ordered a pump, the customer service person I spoke with by phone said she would watch for the internet order and ensure it would ship that Friday. Since I didn't receive a "shipped" notification, I called Monday and was told by a different service person that it would ship that day. I finally received a "shipped" text on Tuesday that it was finally shipped that afternoon. I lost 4 valuable days waiting for the pump to be shipped. I still haven't received it, so I can't do a complete review. On the positive side, both customer service reps were very nice. Unfortunately, what they told me wasn't true.

Ordering via phone was simple and easy. Order arrived as planned. No problems.

I would rate my experience higher, but they are lousy at responding and getting back to their customers; it was like pulling teeth. Once I had their attention, they were great, but it was not possible to keep their attention.

I contacted them… told them what I had and needed. They gave me the proper well pump size.
Had to go with a soft start well pump to work with my solar battery backup. Current pump I had had too much surge current that would overload batteries.

I ordered filter media, gravel, and a drip pan. While waiting for my delivery I went ahead and took my filter out and emptied it. I checked my order status on the website and found that my order was in "processing". After several status checks I asked about the delay and was told the media was back ordered and expected in a few days. I asked for a partial shipment as I had enough media on hand to refill my filter. Aqua Science quickly sent the partial order and got my filter back in service. My only complaint is that the website didn't indicate the back order status when I placed the order.

Purchase went smoothly, the well pressure tank was well protected for shipping. The only shortcoming was tracking the shipment. No tracking info provided, but at least the trucking company called the day before and 1 hour before.

It took longer to get my order, but as soon as I asked they answered very quickly.

Easy to navigate website and order item which was priced competitively. Good communication, item was received promptly.

However, driver did not follow delivery instructions which was posted on the side of my house AND in the address label to deliver it at the front door and NOT in front of my garage. It was delivered in front of my garage.

I am very thankful that you carry this part. I had called all of the local vendors in our area and none even stock this part. I will definitely keep you in mind in the future
