Aqua Science

Although not yet in service, I am pleased with the brine tank quality and appearance. Minor issues are that the "included" brine transfer tubing was not there, and nor was the hole in the tank for the tube to pass through.

I was in need of replacement media for my water filter, and I am glad I made the purchase through Aqua Science. They had the best prices and the shipping was very fast to my door. The descriptions on the products allowed me to make an informed decision, and I will definitely look to Aqua Science again for my future needs.

This kit purchased shipped within 2 days after placing the order, everything arrived in time and all parts were included as stated. Great experience!

I purchased an Aquavar Solo 2 'constant pressure' well system last year that does not supply a constant pressure when running for several hours. Citing the problem, Aquascience had no response. Thinking it was just a bad controller, I purchased another Aquavar Solo 2 controller from Aquascience, this time the next model up for $2,000. This one also does the same thing. I reported that, asking to open a warranty claim with the company that makes it, and they have ignored me, no response.

Order suggested I add $60 for lift service. FedEx showed up in a van w/o a lift and the single driver lifted the tank off the van and put it in the shop where it was installed. $60 lift service was not needed

I called about a product on the website and the sales person promptly sent me information so I could place my order. It was exactly what we needed.

This is the 2nd time we have ordered from Aqua Science and have been pleased both times. Product is exactly as stated and works well. Service is great and delivery was very quick. Would buy from here again.

Started my search for my well pump rebuild on Amazon, that led me to Gould pumps from there I found Aqua Science. The pump I was interested in was over $200 less and they had a website that made it easy to find the other items needed for the job.

I ordered some tank tees from the Aqua Science website. I received tees that were different than those pictured on the website and on my order. (Contrary to the picture on the website, there were no unions to allow the tank tees to be mounted in the correct position. The PRV is required to point down by code, so the parts sent were not compatible with code.) I tried to discuss with customer service, but they apparently don't have any experience in plumbing and couldn't understand the issue. The took the parts back, but wouldn't refund the full price. Very unhappy with Aqua Science. I'll use Supply House in the future.
Update - the full amount was finally refunded. However, the fault was clearly that of Aqua Science by posting the incorrect picture with the item, so it should have been fully refunded without delay.

Woman I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helped me get the pump that I needed. It was in stock and was picked up that day and we had water that night (pump had to be put on Prudence ferry to get to us)

Previously I purchased a submersible pump from Aquascience and was very satisfied with the prompt attention my order received. Recently I purchased a few parts for installation of the submersible pump and again I was very pleased with the attention my order received. However, if there were one thing I would want to see changed is more shipping options available. For my recent order the only option was Fedex 2-day shipping. I would have chosen Fedex ground or USPS for delivery options if they had been available. Not only would this offer a chance to have items shipped a bit more economically but it gives the customer the option of how they want their order to be shipped, i. E., express, 2-day, or ground, when time is not critical a cheaper alternative would have been a nice option to have available,

We requested that they deliver the tank to our next door neighbor, since we were going to be away, when it arrived. We were anxious to have it, when we arrived home, and there it was! We have installed it, and it is working fine.

I was very pleased with my pressure tank purchase purchase through Aqua Science! Their website provided the specifications and details I needed to make my selection, the pricing was fair with no tax and free shipping, I received email notification that my tank had shipped within hours after I had placed my order, I received it within 3 business days and they double protected the product with their own box that fit perfectly over the manufacturers box. Very satisfied, Thank you Aqua Science!

I ordered a specific brand of cation exchange resin, but when it arrived it wasn't in OEM bag, rather it was in a large green garbage bag with no markings zip tied closed. Hopefully it is the brand I ordered and aqua science just has a bulk container of it which they dispense. I'd give it two stars since I have no way of knowing I received the brand for which I paid.

Very good product, good price.
My daughter accidentally hit the well with the brushhog and shattered the cap. It's a 7" casing from the early 70s and hard to find a cap. Aqua Science had one and was prompt in getting it.

Aquascience makes it easy to find obscure parts for your water softener and home water filters to restore their performance for a fraction of the cost of scheduling a company and it's so much more convenient.
