Aqua Science

Ordered an Aquavar 3aS20 to replace an (over pressuring / different brand) older unit. Super easy install and purchase process. AquaScience had the best price of anywhere on the web and local retailers.

Aqua Science was great, but Eye4Fraud was useless and an impediment to purchasing. My order was taken, supposedly shipped then I was told Eye4Fraud flagged my order. I was told they should have called me to clarify any issues, they never did. I was given a # by Aqua Science to Eye4Fraud. They didn't answer the phone and didn't return phone calls. Finally a Aqua Science employee was able to get through and straighten things out. I was trying to pay with US visa card with next to a zero balance. Apparently they flagged the card because I used an Email address I rarely use. I don't think Eye4Fraud is doing you any favors and you probably pay a lot for it.

I had what I thought were basic questions for someone in this industry to answer before making a decision on the correct product for my needs. It wasn't until I called your company that I was able to get my questions answered. Not only was your pricing very competitive, but having the ability to answer my questions sealed the deal for me. After ordering, the product arrived on time as promised and everything came in as order and properly prepped for installation. I will absolutely use you again in the future. Everything I have ordered from Aqua Science has been high quality. You have to pay slightly more than you do for the junk peddled on amazon or walmart but when you need quality you can count on Aqua Science.

I needed a new pressure tank and called to discuss. Found out it was the same one I had at a great price. I ordered it on the phone and 2 days later I had it installed. I will always buy what I need from you. And the prices are great. Extreemly happy.

Easy to find the products I need. Only issue was that the product changed names and I wasn't sure I was getting an original product. After a short internet search, I discovered Aqua Flo was bought by the new company.

Very surprised I found exactly what was needed to complete replacement of a bladder tank. Many restrictions in one space. Delivery time took much longer than anticipated.

I needed a new water softener and AIO Iron Filter. I spoke to Jim and he was very helpful in selecting the right system for my home. The ordering was easy and the shipping was quick. I installed the equipment based on the supplied instructions and everything went exactly as planned. The total was about 2K less than a local install. All in all a great experience.

I spoke with Jim at Aqua Science. He quickly mailed the test samples bottles to me. Once I mailed the samples back, I got an email with the results and then call Jim and he discussed my results I went with the katalox light iron filter. We have it installed at the house but haven't tested it out yet experience with aqua science.

We are very satisfied with the total transaction. The man we talked with was extremely informative and helpful. We would gladly do business with them again.

I purchased a replacement air bladder for a Wellmate pressure tank. The online purchase was simple and effective. I was pleasantly surprised a short while later when I recited a text and email notification that my order was received and being processed. I think it was the next day I received more notifications that my order was on it's way, with tracking info! The package was delivered within a couple of days. I was very pleased with this transaction.

After planning out a new well I knew I needed a new pressure tank with all the fixins. Everything I heard and saw pointed me right to the best source, Aqua Science. The purchase, the shipping, the parts, all spot on.

With just a few brief descriptions of my issues, they were able to diagnos the problem, provide the replacement part number and a youtube link showing installation instructions.

The product did not work correctly at first. Customer service replied quickly and tried to resolve the issue. Unfortunately they weren't very knowledgeable about the electric circuit issue I was having. But I was able to get it to work correctly and hope it will continue to.
