My pressure tank kept losing pressure, causing my pressure switch to get stuck in the off position and arcing too much. The air bladder had no pressure and attaching my compressor caused water to start blowing out of my lines, clearly indicating that the bladder had a leak. I ordered the kit and received it in two days. The kit had everything I needed and the parts fit well. I agree with other commenters that the instructions could be clearer. It is fairly logical to work through a replacement job. I also replace the pressure switch and everything is working well ( no pun intended!).

I am glad you offer free shipping on a few items. I wish it were more items. I tried to add several different items, but the shipping was more than the items. Do you ever offer to ship priority mail with USPS as I believe they have fixed rates for different size boxes; usually far less than FedX or UPS.

My experience was good I couldn't find this product anywhere so I told them to put me on a waiting list. They called me back when they got the tank so I ordered it and they sent it out. Unfortunately when I got the tank it was damaged so I called them up and sent pictures. They sent me a replacement right away and the woman I talked to was very nice.

My items arrived on time and were as described. I had a technical question about the product so I emailed Aqua Science and was surprised I had a reply within a half an hour. I have not completed my project but I verified all parts were there and I would recommend Aqua Science to anyone needing watrer system products.

My plumber recommended the water tank and I was able to order it myself to avoid retail markup.

Number I was provided was a text only number. Nobody told me that. My text weren't responded to either. I've been sitting here for almost a week W/O water. While my order just sits there.

My 55lb booster pump arrived around 8:30pm on Tuesday March 5th. Delivery driver did not ring the doorbell so it could have been delivered an hour earlier, not sure. On schedule for installation on Thursday. This is my 5th Grundfos booster pump in 4 years, previous 4 Scala2 pumps failed with severe leaking within 12 months. I am relying on the 24 month factory warranty.
