Aqua Science

This was a simple replacement parts order that was shipped out the same day I ordered it. Every time I call in for tech service and general advice Jim comes through for me. The service AS provides is why we keep coming back.

I have two structures with wells in a remote part of our state. Plumbers are non-existent. I had to replace well pressure tanks and T packages for both wells. Aqua Science had everything I needed, including educational resources to do the install myself.

The 4 stage filter was installed in our motor home. The water from various campgrounds has always been interesting and now we have great tasting drinking water available.

Great product available to help keep my water treatment company running. Delivery time on target!

I'm not sure of the info/sales woman's name I spoke with but if you were to ask me to rate her on a scale of 1-10, I would give her an 11! She was very helpful and knowledgable answering all my questions.
My order arrived right on time, installed with out a hitch and our well is once again humming along beautifully now.

Black plastic ring at the bottom of the well tank was missing. After contacting customer service, they said the new tanks don't have them and their pictures to reflect that on the website have not been updated yet.

I ordered my pressure tank and it came within a week. It actually arrived two days sooner than expected! Aqua Science had the best price and great service. I would buy again from them in a heart beat.

I needed to replace my leaking non-bladder pressure tank at the lake house. The site helped me identify what the beast size would be for a new bladder tank replacement. The even suggested replacement supporting components that made the swap out much easier than trying to reuse old components. It would be a 40 mile round trip to the closet hardware shop if I was missing anything. I was very pleased to be back in business with better than before water pressure within 2 hours.

I submitted my water test results and explained what I was looking for, and the customer service rep put together a cart for me based on my needs. The prices are a fraction of what other companies wanted. Shipping was fast and the freight company was prompt and took very good care of my products, they were also very friendly and unloaded my product exactly where I wanted it. Aqua Science followed up to make sure I received my product. Will hopefully be installing my system next week!

Installed tank next day. Everything WORKS as it should and the tank looks Excellent. I would Absolutely buy from Aqua Science again.

The replacement Pressure tank was updated with the poly bottom which is terrific because the original was steel and when in contact with concrete and moisture rusted terribly.

My order came a day later than initially projected, which was ultimately fine. An associate reached out to me directly when there was an issue with shipping information, which was greatly appreciated, and the overall customer service is quick with responding.

Hi, my order#******* was delivered with missing parts. Now I have been waiting for a week for the missing parts to be delivered. In the meantime, the leak continues to expel water potentially causing thousands, or tens of thousands in damage.

Calling your company does not always produce results, i. E. calls frequently go to voice mail, no one appears to be around to take calls including the operator, and then there is the frustration of having to call back and try and get a hold of someone.

All items were intact. But they were all delivered to another house not even on my street. FedEx did nothing to acquire these items from this neighbor. The neighbor was kind enough to contact me and tell me that he had them and I went and picked them up there.

I was ordering an item with free shipping but when I added another item it added $18.00 in shipping. Very frustrating I had to remove the other item will just purchase from Amazon you lost that sale.

Update: Aqua science not only responded to my comment but included the tape and sealant with the shipment and are working on a software upgrade to fix the problem. Great Job

Easy to order and was at my door in 4 days. The pump I ordered was heavy and ups left it on my front porch from 2' +, very loud when it hit the ground. Fortunately everything was intact and is working well. Some people are just $$$holes
