Product wasn't exactly what I was expecting but that is more that I didn't ask than a misrepresented product.

To clarify I thought it would be coarse calcite and not fine limestone. Chemically identical (limestone is 95 percent calcite) but it was a little jarring at first.

I had a helpful phone call with Aqua Science and the pressure tank was delivered a few days later as advertised. Only concern was that part of the plastic connecting piece was chipped but it was outside the O-Ring seal so didn't affect functionality so I didn't send it back. Product could be protected inside the box a bit more so it doesn't jostle around even though I hate to encourage more styrofoam in this world. Chipped plastic is only reason for 4 stars rather than 5.

The tank base was pushed up where the cut out for the inlet makes it weak, some paint was chipped off. I believe it was not damaged in shipping as the box was fine. The 1" barb to 1" NPT only engaged by a couple of turns. I used everything, but some quality control by the manufacturers is in order.

Product came quickly. Fed ex delivered Jr to the wrong house. Called aqua science with a concern/question and was told someone would call me back. That was 4 days ago and no one has returned our call.

Your literature and full pdf lack explanation of error codes start with ER versus just a number. Tech service said they field calls like that all the time,

After ordering and paying for this same product on a different site, we waited over a year to receive it. Spoke to Jim to order piston for water softener. He is always so pleasant and helpful anytime I called. Best part is when I ordered the piston, it arrived the very next morning. Can't get better service than that. Their price was the cheapest also. Second time buying from you.

Aqua Science gives you all you need to install their units. You'll just have to pick up the pipe and fittings to install them. The free shipping on my new Softener and Iron filter made it really cost effective too.I did a lot of searching before ending up buying and this was the best deal for what I wanted, thanks!

Everything was great and timely. My only complaint was the wire I ordered arrived on a half broken spool, the wire itself appears to be fine but could have easily been damaged and set my project back a week or two. That being said, customer service, products and shipping times were good.
