Ordered a Goulds pump. Online was having issues. I called an talked to Mike who was very helpful. He resolved the issue with ordering quickly and in a very confident and friendly manner.

Called the company for yearly check up. I was told would be $160 for the visit. The technician came over and did the testing of the water. He stated everything looks fine. I, specifically asked him, if he changed the filters, he said no need, the water is good. The next day the water flow was only running for couple seconds. Called the company, the same technician came out. He did something, and assured me that everything should be working properly. After that, a new technician came over and told me I need a bigger tank and that would solve my problem with the flow. He checked the flow again, and then determined, that membrane should be changed and then water flow should be good. I asked him how much would he charge to change it, he quoted $140 and for the bigger tank it would be $80. I, then asked, what was I charged for the first time? I got shocked, when I was told that they charged me for changing filters. I told him, filters never got changed. He started showing me the work log with pictures. I confronted him and I asked if he changed the filters, how come there are no pictures with replaced ones. He started assuring me that the first technician is not like that, and he is not going to report false information. So, I was very disappointed with such behavior. I would not recommend them and also got the whole system replaced with the bigger tank and new filters for $370. The company is a ripoff and scam.

Aquascience had good service at one point but they are too busy for the customers now. Contacting them is always a pain. We had issues that needed to be addressed. Tech was supposed to follow up with an estimate after a visit:… he did not and we are supposed to have work done next month. I have no idea what work or if that is still happening because no one has contacted me or returned my messages. Please explore other options if you have them. You will not get service here.

Ordered a pump motor protector. The item arrived promptly. Not to happy about sitejabber.com email questionaire for blowing up my email for customer satisfaction. I'm happy with aqua science and their fulfillment of my needs.

A mixed experience. I liked the selection online. But two of the items I ordered were substituted without informing me or getting my consent. They were items with similar specifications, but lower quality brands in my opinion. I would not have ordered with Aqua Science if I had known.

I had worked with a local company for years getting my soda ash. This last time they just stopped answering my emails. After calling several companies in the area I decided to try getting it on line. It was delivered right to my door very quickly.

I messed up my shipping address and didn't double check. They called and I didn't pick up so they texted me. It was such an easy process! Also I made 2 purchases and they combined into 1 shipping fee.

My order was received in a few days even during the christmas season.

Ordered Calcite, Corosex & a bag of gravel for an acid neutralizer. Well boxed and as usual great service. As an aside I got to think the FedEx boys call in sick if they know their scheduled to pick up a T/L of Calcite & Corosex. That's some heavy stuff

Purchased all the parts for my new well from Aqua Science about a year ago. Had a lightning strike take out my pump controller after a years worth of service, so I called Aqua Science to get another one coming ASAP. Not only were they prompt in getting the controller shipped (within the hour) but it was covered under warranty!
If you're unsure about buying well supplies on line, don't be, this company is knowledgeable, friendly and service oriented with excellent shipping rates as well! 5 Stars all day long!
