I love all Apple products, iPhone 6, MacBook air, iPad air, Apple TV and more they also have the best customer service and are always there to help if you have any questions or concerns.
I bought an iPhone 11 this year, I didn't get an used phone or anything like that, I think it depends on the person's luck. So far I had no issues.
They fixed my mac at no cost. Glad to be using a mac and not have to pay every time my computer has problems as I did with my other cp.
