Apple has become a greedy self-serving monopoly whose motivation for creation is solely based on greed. It's help service is filled with unprofessional, uninformed kids who would rather chat with you about your personal life than demonstrate how little they know abut the product they are suppose to be experts on. I hope I see the demise of this monstrosity within my lifetime!

I downloaded an app from the apple store but I was not informed that there was a subscription cost until I saw the charge on my credit card. I spoke several times to apple agents and spent too much time waiting for them to research the issue but I still haven't gotten my refund. This unacceptable!

I recently switched my family back to Apple from android after taking a 6 Yr leave from apple. I have to say that was a huge mistake. I currently have over 15 apple devices and am now going away from them again. I brought my Apple Watch 6 series in to have it repaired because the screen just stopped working. The watch was on and everything. Mind you I wear this watch everyday and it only comes off when being charged and is kept in a protective case 100% of the time. After now being out of the watch for over a month Apple comes back to say that they will not replace or fix the watch because there is supposedly a micro crack in the screen corner that is not even able to be seen via the human eye. This has been verified by both Best Buy and the Apple store. Neither representative could verify any markings at all on this watch. This is absolutely BS and I would highly recommend not buying anything from APPLE they over charge for their devices and do not back them at all.

Dont Trust Apple

I have always bought apple products. Iphone 3 Iphone 5 Iphone 6 iphone 7 iphone xr
Mac mini, macbook pro, macbook air and apple tv.

Been so happy until now. I have an old iphone 6 as an emergency phone, in case of loss or breakage of my current phone.

Well a friend in need needed a phone. I offered the iphone 6 for FREE!

I go to reset the phone and it is activation blocked.

You cannot undo it. You and I are $#*!ED!

If your retailer goes out of business and you can't provide a bill of purchase... throw it i the garbage... that is what apple wants... throw it away and buy a new one.

I hate their thinking and will now stray to android and microsoft.

SCREW YOU APPLE... LOST A FAITHFUL MAC USER.

Bad customer service

First of all, I was paying $475 for a sim card slot repair because apple refused to fix a phone with any water damage. This was my second time driving out to an apple store because the last time I was out, there was a glitch in their system and they refused to repair my device. On top of that, the apple employee was extremely rude and deceptive throughout the interaction. Although I was as kind as I could possibly be the entire time while he brought out the new phone and transferred the data from the old phone to the new one, he kept trying to make me buy ridiculous amounts of icloud storage to transfer the data on to so that I could get the data on the new phone. I told him that I did not want to buy any storage if at all possible, especially because the two phones were right in front of me. Couldn't he just directly transfer the data between the two phones? He told me that he did not want to do that because it would take too long and he didn't feel like waiting (it ended up taking 4 minutes to transfer). Then, he told me that he would delete all of the data on my phone because I had technically already bought the new phone. The new, blank phone belonged to me, and the old phone belonged to apple. I practically pleaded with him not to delete all the data. On that phone was all of my contacts, every photo I had ever taken since age 13 and every password I used online. Eventually I got him to sit for the four minutes it took to transfer the data directly, but he was not happy about it. I expect more from apple, and apple has a responsibility to its customers.

I'm big on Customer Service and integrity. As a consumer that spends a lot of money with apple and actually love the product when it's time to resolve issues they are not helpful at all. Fist time was when they messed up my phone bill with Verizon when I lost my IPhone 10XR phone I reported it lost to Apple. At first the phone would not read for a few days and show a phone and say that it was connecting. I was Unable to use the phone for the remainder of the month and by the time the bill was due all of a sudden 2 iPhone 12pro max popped up but my number was still not connected and I reach out multiple times to both parties to help with the issue. All I was trying to do was merge my numbers together which I couldn't do In my Verizon app and neither could any customer service team. And it looked as if they couldn't verify my phone and if I didn't go in their store I would Of been ripped off $100 dollars because of a error. The second time was when they where taking payments from my Apple Pay and my primary card was was Apple Cash with cash in it which put me in a bind with my personal bank account because they have been charging the wrong card on file when Apple would make the card my primary card to get charged in my wallet. I called To get the issues resolved in which they helped a little, but when I asked for not a refund of the balances but a receipt saying that the issue got resolved because they had to explai today it was no way that they could help me which was no help in resolving the issue with my personal bank over miscommunication with a product costing me over a hundred dollars that could of easily been avoided with writing stating that a issue got fixed.

Bad Company! No Support!

When you spend $250.00 for a pair of earbuds and you get no support when there is an open recall on problems with their product and the find every reason not to send a replacement wether it's an update with the software or anything else! Will not replace their faulty product!
I am done with APPLE FOREVER AFTER 5 APPLE IPHONE PROS 4 APPLE WATCHES 3 APPLE IPAD PROS 3 MAC BOOK PROS 1 WHICH THEY HAVE A FAULTY GPU THAT OVER HEATS AND SEPARATED FRON THE LOGIC BOARD THAT THEY WONT COVER 1 MACBOOK AIR THAT HAS AN EXPANDED BATTERY THAT BREAKS THE TOUCH PAD THAT THEY WONT COVER! BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAS COMPANY! I WILL NEVER BUY A ANOTHER APPLE PRODUCT AGAIN!
So sad you won't support your faulty product!

I traded in an iphone 11 pro for a 13 sent the old phone in the box, and with the label they supplied, that was 9/28/2021 called about a month later was told they were going over the phone and would be a few weeks, actually forgot about it and just found the return receipt called customer service, got hung up on, called again got sales, called again got a young women who after an hour of putting me on an off hold, tells me I didn't send the device in. Told her 15 times I wanted a supervisor and why did the other person tell me they were evaluating it. Finally she put a message for a supervisor to call, went to the UPS store which the shipping label told me to do found out who signed and the date it was 10/4/2021. Got a call for the supervisor who said I was not getting a rebate it was recycled I said what do they do with recycle phones, sell them so give me what they sold it for the website says $400.00 going to go to the attorney general now as this is so not right.

I admit only apple

I admit only apple technologies and use only apple gadgets. They have everything which people require in order to live life freely. I always order here either accessories or gadgets. Every week I order something new or replace with something that was broken. I prefer buying iPads because there is no better invention than iPad. I respect products from other companies, but I'm convinced that Apple overruns all of the competitors, at least in case of technologies and marketing. I want to thank this company that it continues develop its products and release new version of iPhones yearly or even much more often.

If I could give a zero I would … they deleted my voice messages which I was preserving from my deceased husband brother n father. Apple n T-Mobile failed to inform me that changing my sim would deleted my voice messages. Also missing txts, pop up window last line called, voice message delays, audio sound. Apple support does not support n T-Mobile service reps are incompetent

As a long apple product user, I am very disappointed and annoyed by how my recent issue being handled by apple advisor. In the last couple of months my iPhone 12 Pro max starting to behave weird. In December, I started to realize my photos, videos, contacts, files, Emails and other data on my phone getting erased and my phone behaving strangely. For instance, I would be sitting in my home while apple's maps tells me Im somewhere else while looking on the map and the location keep changing every 2 minutes to another location. Before reaching out to apple I reset my phone to factory reset - the bug didn't go away. Then I reached out to apple support and I was advised to go to store and do a hard reset which I did. The problem didn't go away. My data kept getting erased and I got in trouble with work and bank because of this bug. I escalated my issue to apple engineer and they were useless and their advisor informed me they couldn't do anything but I can go buy new apple phone or upgrade and trade in. As of I had trust in their products to go spend more money. Apple's privacy and safety policy is totally joke. Apple sells it's customer privacy to third parties and it's NOT trustworthy and total waste of money.

Advice, get ride if anything apple products asap. It's a total invasive and unsafe to be around you.

Apple mini mac

First the machine is not even the year I paid for it is 2 years older. And apple wants to do nothing about that fact.
Second I have always used apple products because they were virus and glitch free. I am older and by no means tech savvy. Nor do I have a desire to be. So I was willing to pay more for apple because it was easier to use and safer from outside attacks. NO MORE! It used to be worth the several hundred to a thousand more I spent on apple because I didnt have to spend it on virus protection each month. Well this is a by gone thing. I now have an apple that no virus company can seem to protect. And I spend more time with support trying to fix $#*! than I do actually doing stuff on my computer. Since I literally only use it for social media to promote and sale my products and apple cant seem to get the stuff right with social media. I spent $2300 on a paper weight. The highest grade mini mac is a total POS! And I am not one to use that language but I can not think of a more proper way to describe this garbage.

Bad Apple IPad

Bought a Apple iPad 8th Gen from Best Buy December 2021. IPad as of January 2022 is completely unresponsive and will not take a charge. The IPad has no physical damage at all and has been kept in a case since the day purchased. I had brought the iPad to the Shirt Hills mall located in Short Hills NJ. The apple Genius had stated to me that the home button had went bad and it is not covered under warranty. The iPad doesn't even take a charge as well but the Genius believed that it's from the home button. This is beyond upsetting to me and my family. We have been Apple product users for over 8 years. Our computers tablets and phones are all Apple and this situation has left me and my family upset with Apple. Might be time to change unless they can make good with this matter.

If you forget your Apple ID they send you to recovery it makes your phone locked. And no one can help you they have caused me two days of work and i had to borrow a phone from a friend just so i can work. I was on the phone from 10am until 8 pm with apple until my land line battery died. My husband has passed away and on his phone they erased his photos and the lady was just like yeah they are gone i ended up hanging up on her she did not even care. I had to wait to receive an email 24 hours later telling me i have to wait until Feb. 7th to use my phone. I have always had an iphone apparently this is new an I guess i will try Samsung because i can not take a chance on not being able to use my phone if i forget a password. One of the mangers says he has never forgotten a password. What a shame APPLE they also make it very difficult to file a complaint.

Worst service ever I will never buy a iPhone are Apple product sent phone in for repair they fixed it said it was battery had the phone a few months had to send back phone was acting crazy they get the phone back and say they can't fix it cause of miss use are modification I have never missed used my phone are done modification to it always been in a case apple is the biggest rip off we will be going to Samsung

I was charged over $100 by Apple for service NOT recieved. I was hung up on twice by customer service. Wells Fargo will be looking into this for fraud.

Horrible service

Horrible experience with Apple support team from sales to supervisors. Over 2 weeks of back and forth for an iPhone 13 being lost then magically found the day before I was going to contact my bank. They simply don't care about you the buyer at all. No one takes notes and you get passed onto someone else each time. Now that it's finally in I don't want it anymore been calling two days to try and send it back to them. I've been a customer since the first iPhone… but not anymore.

If apple spends so much time vetting there apps and you can't get an anti virus why do they allow apps like pod tinder hook up and various other apps that are all bs? They have no problem taking your money. You pay for the subscription but you get matched with people that haven't been online in 9 months plus! WTF forgive me apple but you pride yourself on Bering every app in your App Store and yet they have 4 plus stars how can this be? We trust you at apple to protect us average joes from the digital world that we are not capable of defending ourselves. So I ask, what's the deal if your going to claim to vet. Vet I can't get any antivirus but you will allow thousands of, pleases give me a gift card for me and my baby or verify your not a pervert at this website as they ripp you off it's bull$#*! if your going to vet vet for the blue collar guy that payed 800 dollars ( wich is a set of tire on my truck for a self employed handyman) without the truck I can't get the rest of the tools to a job. Protect us like you claim because Linley hearts are all kinds of succor fish
