Eric was great! He answered my questions and set up appointments and made several follow up phone calls. He made an overwhelming process so easy.

Mary Ellen was awesome. She made a very stressful and emotional process much easier.

From the moment I made the call to a place for Mom the staff were so helpful and caring. I was set up with appoinments to 5 facilities. Everyone was so eager to help me find a facility for my Aunt

There are so many different things to understand and consider as my father's needs changed after his most recent stroke. A Place for Mom offered reassurance and thoughtful support while offering a wealth of resources. My advisor, Jody checked in with me to see how things were going and was easy to reach as new questions came up. I couldn't be more grateful for her help to find a memory care unit that would be a good fit for my father's needs. We looked at several different options - some that were on the list she provided and some others that were not. We ultimately went with one from the list and were reassured to know that it was a facility they recommended. He's been there for about a month now and it's going very well. What a relief!

Susan Waller was a Godsend! I was fortunate enough to be put in touch with Susan when I called for some information. She was amazing. She helped me navigate the numerous options and narrow down the properties that fit our needs and budget. She even scheduled the tours. We found the right fit and were able to get my mother in law moved into a community that she's loving.

There was a concentrated effort from Deserie until I indicated we placed my husband in a facility she sponsored. End of year Quotas. I haven't heard from her since. I guess it's all about the numbers. I expected a follow up. Never got one.Wont recommend.

Have used this service to find care for myself three times. Always great to work with.

After dealing with social workers and case managers that were not helpful at all in helping to place my brother. They were only concerned about the last day that he was supposed to leave,and collecting 300.00 a day after his 20 days of rehab.

Mandy directed us towards Harmony at Wescott, and we were very pleased, but apprehensive. She calmed all of our fears and was available to answer all of our questions. A very special "Thank You" to Mandy!

I was having a problem finding a suitable place for my sister who suffers from dementia. Marie recommended several residences and I went for visits. She followed up all along the way and helped me immensely.

Immediately, Cathy Emerson called me to ask about our needs. It was such a relief to have someone to advise with knowledge and experience. In addition, she set up tours for me to see which facility would be the best for Pop. Appointments were set for the following week, she called after each
"tour" to see if it seemed like a good "fit" and was it what I was looking for. It was like having someone leading the way to help you find exactly what you were looking for. I cannot recommend "A Place for Mom" enough! What a relief to have Cathy at my side to guide me in this journey. Totally awesome and I found the perfect place that will work for Pop where he will feel totally cared for at 100 years and 9 months! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

I needed to find somewhere for my aunt who has advanced dementia because she could no longer stay at the current home since she was running out of money. I finally found them online and was able to find her somewhere within 3 days. My rep was helpful in getting things pushing when it felt like it was stalling.

I learned much with the articles and information shared. My worker was very thorough and did a great job relating info to the facilities I looked at and helping me find the right area I was looking for. She found facilities that had special needs for my parents as well, like oxygen. She followed up with me and the facilities to make sure we found the right fit. She was very supportive to me and my many issues both with family and personal issues I was experiencing. The support was very much appreciated!

I called the facilities and some facilities contacted me in order to make appointment to view the facility. Everyone was nice to talk to even when I had already made my decision.
