A dear friend recommended A Place for Mom. She had a wonderful experience years ago with her mom. "It's not just for moms," she told me. That led me to Justin T., my kind-hearted adviser who went straight to work to help my dad. He was genuinely warm and efficient. The first recommendation was a perfect fit and I was grateful my father was in good hands when he passed.

They have been so helpful in my search for living accommodations for my father! And there was no cost to me! They send numerous texts with helpful information.

I came across A Place For Mom by mistake and am so glad I did! I was feeling extremely overwhelmed trying to find a nice independent living community for my mom and the lady I spoke with (Dawn) set my mind at ease. I explained what I was looking for and the price range and she gave me several to choose from and even set up appointments. She followed up after my meetings to see how they went and if I needed her to find other places. Informative emails are sent with articles pertaining to senior care and what to look for when choosing a community for your parent. It really made the whole experience not so overwhelming!

I contacted A Place For Mom when we began our search for a senior assisted living facility for my mother. Michelle M. Was an enormous help and I am very grateful to her for all the information she provided. She suggested places and made appointments for us to tour them. All her suggestions were wonderful places and we did end up picking on of the facilities she had recommended.

After several days of not connecting with a representative, I finally connected with Jackie P., who was awesome. In the middle of my request, she interjected and said I have just the place for you. From the description it sounded perfect and met my brother where he is. And her suggestion was indeed perfect, and while my brother was balking she made sure I would not give in to his negative response. A few hours after Jackie's introduction an independent living apartment was secured and my brother is ok, moving to relieved and happy.

I needed a place quickly for my brother. Kathy was so on top of it from the beginning. I got appointments quickly and great advice.

Out of desperation I went online and answered the questions within minutes I was connected to Paul and within 15minutes I had an appointment for that day for Certus Memory Care. Ashley from Certus called me and from that call until after getting my Mom moved in she was my go to person! She helped with everything from a company that help me move my mom's furniture in to being there helping me move my mom in. She's a true Angel. Thank you a place for Mom for connecting me with Ashley!

We have been working with Marie for the past two years to help mom get resettled into an assisted living community. She has been there to provide recommendations, feedback and counsel throughout the journey.

Still trying to find residence for my spouse- end of story will be described at a later time.

Kirsten was the best. Gave me multiple options in Assisted Living facilities for my dad close to my work and home. Helped me through every step with tons of patience and great advice. This is 1st time navigating through senior living. Also helped me with Aid and Attendance with the VA for my Dad. So thankful for her and her help!

They were recommended by one of the palliative nurses and I was a little reluctant at first how could a national organization help me find a good place to care for my wife who has dementia. Boy was I wrong! After the first phone call w/Bethany you could tell they were all about finding the right place. She compiled a list of places to check out even giving me a checklist of what to look for. But yet it was my decision to make. She was there for me even if it was just someone to vent to.

From the moment I contacted A Place for Mom, my contact Jonathan, explained the process clearly and provided me with agencies straight away. He also followed up until we found an agency to care for our mom.Im happy to say we are just as pleased with the company we chose.

Our counselor, Moustapha, made everything easier. We told him what we needed, and he provided contacts and even made appointments for us if we wanted him to. We communicated through phone calls, text messages and emails and the response was always prompt and helpful. After visits to many facilities, we recently signed a contract and will move soon. We're grateful for the patient guidance.
