Save your money.!
This place was made very poorly. Look great from the outside.!
But…. BIG FOOT will live above you. Dogs will park all day and night. Sleep is hard to come by.
And parking is a joke.! Save your money look else wear. You will sleep better.!

I have lived in Plantation Club since 2017 and I can honestly say it's the best apartment community that I have ever lived in! The wonderful office staff, Eric, Brian and Judy, keep the community running well like a fine tuned machine and the maintenance staff, Julio and John almost seem to anticipate my maintenance needs. They always show up promptly and are extremely efficient! Everyone here is courteous and friendly and I don't ever plan on moving from here! Percy P.

Used Cozy for years with no problems moved to Apartment's not because we wanted to but had to with the merger/ Sale what a horrible experience. Multiple problems logging into the site some days cannot even log in. My son owns rentals also having the same problems. Will be looking for a new site to take payments

Credit Fix

Hi everyone! My credit score was stucked at 660 and I had no clue what to do to get it up I had no negatives or late payments on my report, I had 3 credit cards that I needed to pay off but weren't maxed out, I have a car loan and a student loan, but never missed a payment on one, I just didn't know why my credit was so low, I contacted *******@bk.ru to help me and I'm currently running on a 820, thanks to their great team.

When you have a problem with your unit, you are told to call the management office. It is a shame that the management has to be very disrespectful to you. We are adults not children. I you are unhappy with your job, leave! You do not own the property so go. Be careful how you talk to people, give a clear understanding of what you are saying ignorant manager Jim! We speak English in America. If your unit is tearing apart, it is your job to send someone out to repair it. That's what our rent covers. REPAIRS! Do not rent from this establishment. The manager is very racist and disrespectful! I pay my rent on time and have never had any problems with neighbors or anyone, just the ignorant manager. He will try to over charge you on utilities and lie about everything you ask him. He needs Jesus!

Why I hate Apartments.com
September 20, 2019

I'm looking for a 3 or 4 Bedroom Apt. I'm having so much trouble finding another Apt in the area that we want stay and could afford. Because either not available or won't be until Nov 1. What few We did have them available find out their on the second floor the problem is the 2 family members I live with have mobility problems, 1 of them arthritic knees. Whats worse none of Apartment Complex don't tell you what floor these apt is on, when there is people out have mobility problems and can't walk up stairs.

P. S It SUCKS and trying to find Apt in Albuquerque, Especially when your Mom goes to the V. A to get Medical care and when you don't drive.

Awful, over priced rental. Mis managed, dog feces, intoxicated residents at pool.
I rented about 6 months winter 2019 2020. Parking lot dangerous and a nightmare.
Wheelchairs at stairwells, and entrance. Questionable area.
Plumbing out dated. Constant turnover. I was a Landlord 20 years in New Jersey,
My tenants stayed for years because I know how to treat people. If this complex doesn't like you, they will make up lies to bully you out. Save your money

I have never been more frustrated with a service. First of all when my apartment complex switched over to apartments.com they charged three times for the same month, when I called them they told me "the money can only go one way" and they weren't able to offer me a refund. Now with morons like that running the company you are forced to link your checking account to them unless you want to pay an extra 2.75% for using a credit or debit card. Terrible bunch of crooks.

I post on this site but my honest reviews for landlords don't show up. They get removed. I understand this is a commercial site. They get paid. By landlords. Of course they are rigged. Just like Yelp claims they don't get paid and allow all reviews, yet so many legit 1 star reviews are hidden. Yelp has a million excuses. So does apartments.com. Their algorithms or humans remove reviews. So fix your algorithms or don't use any at all. Fix humans as well. Site is rigged. I'm just going to create my own blog site, optimize for web search, and F all these rigged sites.

It's a great place to live! I was there 16yrs and made a lot of new friends. Everything is included which makes it more affordable. I would like to thank Lisa the office manager for all her help with my departure. Maybe I'll see you again when I'm ready for my new apartment. Thanks again!

I have lived at the pointe of white marsh for 5 years. I really love living there. The staff there are very considerate, nice. I had a few leaks in my apartment and they came and fixed everything. Did a great job and I really appreciate it. I would recommend these apartments to any one looking for a nice place to live. Thank you again. Great Job...

I listed on apartments.com and got 100's of views... and exactly zero leads. With Zillow, I got leads immediately and had 3 tours set up within 1-2 days! I probably won't even need any more leads as they are all interested in the property. Zillows "messages" inbox is also dope. It serves as an easy CRM to track all your leads and take notes of your meeting. Zillow also has phone calls from leads funnel through their system to protect your number and the answered calls are recorded which come into your "messages" inbox as well. Zillow rocks. Apartments.com sucks. (Only was using latter b/c i had Cozy which was pretty good for managing rental properties... but apartments.com bought them out).

DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Awful place to live. Worst decision I ever made. Pinnacle Mgt is horrible. Maintenance takes weeks to fix an issue. That is if they do not cancel your request first.

Drugs coming in and out as well as cops. People in the front office are rude and do not know anything. Sent multiple emails to the manager and he, Scott, just ignores me. The parking is ridiculous, they charge you to have a place to park.

Building 2 is infested with roaches. Mgt simply will not take care of the problem. Multiple requests are ignored.

How dare a business advertise they will help you in an apartment search and help to get you into a place. I paid $30 for my grandson to fill out applications. Then another $30 for me to be a co-signer. Have not heard ONE word. NOT ONE. I emailed them. Never have heard back. Going to my bank to file for fraudulent charges. I would not even give Apartments.com one star they definitely don't deserve it. Very bad way of doing business. Matter of fact, how are they even still in business.

I normally list an apartment for rent on Westside rentals. They're a good source for renters to search in this particular area. But now I was forced to use apartments.com, unfortunately my listing only shows on their website and not WSR. So for a week I lost out on potential tenants. Apartments.com opened a trouble ticket to have this issue looked into but nothing was ever done. But Zillow/Trulia/Hotpad - I got so many hits! Just like I did with WSR in which this unit normally rents the first day shown.

Not a good result.

I left a review on their website that followed all guidelines. Their response of denial of my review was not useful or helpful to me the consumer for giving truthful and accurate information to fellow consumers about an apartment complex on their site. Please do not use this site to find an apartment if you want to deal with a company that may look a honesty as just a feeling and therefore should be seperated from business, because it is an emotion, claiming to do the right thing.

I went to go and check and see if my renter had made her payment, and lo and behold, the listing was no longer active (which means my tenant will now not be able to pay through the app). Cozy was the best. Never had trouble with them, but since the takeover, it would appear a mediocre team runs this company. I already took one of my listings off Apartments.com and just have the tenant drop the check in my mailbox. I will now have to work out other arrangements for my other listings. I also hate you cannot get to a real human being for help. Poorly run organization. Oh well, it's free and you get what you pay for!

Recently Apartments.com bought Cozy.co. Cozy.co was an online payment vehicle for small landlord operations. I am a small rental operation, 18 units, and have had my properties on Cozy.co for several years. There have been no issues with payments or tenant access while it was cozy.co. Now, 2 months into Apartments.com acquisition, I have had 3 properties drop off the site and tenants who cannot pay rent because their property isn't on the site. I have called Apartments.com, I cannot actually talk with a representative, the automated system sends me to a voicemail box that is full. I have left 2 emails and neither has been answered now 72 hours.
I am supremely disappointed that Apartments.com has bought a good online platform and screwed it up and more disappointed that their customer service is so inept.

The landlord has her two dogs tried to take my grandma's wheelchair and her shower chair. My grandma didn't have enough space in her room to put the wheelchair and the shower chair. She recently was hospitalized, so she often needed to go to doctor appointments. This landlord harassed most Asian tenants. She wanted all Asian tenants out of this apartment, so that she can rent it out for higher rent!

Apartments.com advertised a fake rental property. I applied for an apartment, i paid the 46 dollars application fee and never heard back from anyone, after speaking with a apartments.com representative i was told that i should call the cops and report the issue not taking any responsibility for the fact that they advertised a fake apartment.I AM WARNING EVERYONE, STAY AWAY FROM APARTMENTS.COM
